Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3318, adopted February 20, 2007, the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 02, 2007, at 10:00 am, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, located at One Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA, to solicit public input on the proposed changes described below.

Opinions on the proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417.  Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Traffic Engineering Division via fax at 701-4737. They will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.  Information on the proposed changes may also be obtained from the Traffic Engineering Division or by telephone at 701-4500

10-MINUTE TIME LIMIT (GREEN) ZONE, 9AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU SATURDAY – ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)
“2601” Hyde Street, west side, from 4 feet to 20 feet north of Bay Street (16-foot zone).
This zone will replace an existing 11-foot red zone at the corner.

 

SIX WHEEL TRUCK LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO 5PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
1201 Larkin Street, west side, from 8 feet to 96 feet north of Bush Street (88-foot zone).
This zone extends the hours of the existing yellow zone which currently expire at 11am.

BLUE ZONE – ESTABLISH
1649 Haight Street, south side, from 5 feet to 23 feet east of Belvedere Street (18-foot zone replacing parking meter 1625);
601 Schrader Street, west side, from 4 feet to 22 feet south of Haight Street (18-foot zone replacing parking meter 601); and,
“1400” – 18th Street, north side, from 0 to 22 feet west of Missouri Street (22-foot zone)

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)

3107-3121 Geary Boulevard, south side from 73 to 95 feet west of Cook Street (22-foot zone at parking meters no. 3109).

SHUTTLE BUS ZONE, 7AM TO 7PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)
3360 Geary Bouelvard, north side from 69 to 113 feet east of Commonwealth Avenue (44-foot zone at parking meters no.’s 3326-G and 3324).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 11:30AM TO 2PM, DAILY AND 6PM TO 11PM SUNDAY THRU THURSDAY, 6AM TO 12MIDNIGHT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY– ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)
4110 - 4112 Geary Boulevard, north side from 18 to 58 feet west of Fifth Avenue (40-foot zone at parking meters no.’s 4104 and 4106).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO 10PM EVERYDAY – ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)
2791 – 16th Street, south side, from 88 to 110 feet east of Folsom Street (22-foot zone); and
1011 Howard Street, south side, from 65 feet to 105 feet west of Sixth Street (40-foot zone at parking meter numbers 1007 and 1009).

YELLOW ZONE, 7AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU SATURDAY - ESTABLISH
“140” Welsh Street, south side from 204 to 237 feet west of Fourth Street (33-foot zone)

YELLOW ZONE, 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU SATURDAY - ESTABLISH
“350” Broderick Street, east side from 113 to 179 feet north of Oak Street (66-foot zone).
