Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3326 adopted March 7, 2007 the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, March 23, 2007, at 10:00 am
Location: Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco
(located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

MUNI BUS ZONE/TERMINAL - ESTABLISH
Mission Street, south side, from 15 feet to 55 feet east of Mary Street (elimintes parking meters #568-09210 and 568-09230 to create a bus terminal for the #26 line).

YELLOW ZONE, 9 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - EXTENSION
2416 Market Street, north side, from 53 feet to 74 feet west of Castro Street
(extends existing 34-foot yellow zone by 21 feet to create a 55-foot yellow zone).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "H" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 6 PM,
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Beachmont Drive, both sides, between Sloat Boulevard and Lagunitas Drive (unit block)

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "R" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM - 6 PM,
MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - ESTABLISH
Grove Street, both sides, between Buchanan and Webster Streets (700 block).

DIAGONAL (60-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH
Stanyan Street, east side, from Fulton Street to McAllister Street (legalizes existing conditions).

ONE-WAY STREET - ESTABLISH
Florentine Street, southbound (uphill), from Mission Street to Brunswick Street

SPEED CUSHION - ESTABLISH
Teresita Boulevard, between Reposa and Isola Ways;
Oakdale Avenue, between Ingalls Street and Baldwin Court; and
Oakdale Avenue, between Baldwin Court and Griffith Street.

SPEED CUSHIONS WITH MEDIAN ISLANDS - ESTABLISH
Revere Avenue, between Lane and Keith Streets; and,
Van Dyke Avenue, between Lane and Keith Streets.

SPEED HUMPS WITH MEDIAN ISLANDS- ESTABLISH
Underwood Avenue, between Lane and Keith Streets; and,
Quesada Avenue, between Lane and Keith Streets.

SPEED CUSHION - ESTABLISH
Circular Avenue, between Monterey Blvd and Baden Avenue.

SPEED HUMPS - ESTABLISH
Circular Avenue, between Congo Street and Staples Avenue, and,
Circular Avenue, between Baden Street and Flood Avenue.

Opinions on these proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417. Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Traffic Engineering Division via fax at 701-4737. Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
