The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of these changes, the 10-Townsend bus route will be rerouted to Jackson and Fillmore via Pacific/Broadway and will be extended to SF General Hospital via Potrero Hill. The 12-Folsom-Pacific bus route will be rerouted off the Embarcadero and instead will serve Sansome and Second Streets between Broadway and Harrison. The 12-Folsom-Pacific will also be extended to the 24th Street BART Station. As part of this new routing and terminal, the following changes are proposed: BUS ZONE – ESTABLISH 1. Pacific Street, north side, from 0 feet to 110 feet west of Sansome Street 2. Sansome Street, east side, from 0 feet to 98 feet south of Pine Street 3. Union Street, south side, from 69 feet to 95 feet west of Hyde Street (establishes a 95-foot zone); 5. To allow the bus to reach the curb, and to facilitate turning movements for the 48-Quintara on 22nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, the following change is proposed: BUS ZONE – ESTABLISH 1. 22nd Street, south side, from 0 feet to 100 feet east of Pennsylvania Avenue (100-foot bus zone). 1-CALIFORNIA The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009, to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of Muni service changes approved by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors, the following changes are proposed to accommodate service on the 1-California route: METERED LOADING ZONE, 7 AM TO 3 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - RESCIND Clay Street, south side, from 86 feet to 131 feet east of Davis Street (45-foot zone at meters #115 and #117). BUS ZONE – EXTEND Clay Street, south side, from 145 feet to 190 feet west of Drumm Street (extends existing 145-foot bus zone by 45 feet and establishes a 190-foot bus zone). 9L / 9 AX SAN BRUNO AVENUE The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009, to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of Muni service changes approved by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors, the following changes are proposed to accommodate service on the 9-San Bruno, 9L-San Bruno Limited and 9AX-Bayshore Express: YELLOW ZONE - REVOKE San Bruno Avenue, east side, from 125 feet to 155 feet north of Paul Avenue (30-foot zone). BUS ZONE – EXTEND San Bruno Avenue, east side, from 61 feet to 150 feet north of Paul Avenue (extends existing 61-foot bus zone by 89 feet and establishes a 150-foot bus zone). 9L BAYSHORE LIMITED The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of Muni service changes approved by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors, the new San Bruno Limited bus route will terminate on Bayshore Boulevard between Visitacion and Sunnydale Avenues. As part of this new terminal, the following change is proposed: TWO-HOUR PARKING, 7 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY – REVOKE AND BUS ZONE – ESTABLISH Bayshore Boulevard, east side, from 67 feet to 244 feet south of Visitacion Avenue (177-foot zone). 14X MISSION EXPRESS The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of Muni service changes approved by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors, the 14X Mission Express bus route will layover on San Jose Avenue near Sagamore Street. As part of this new layover area, the following change is proposed: BUS ZONE – ESTABLISH San Jose Avenue, west side, from 84 feet to 234 feet south of Sagamore Street (150-foot bus zone). 38 GEARY The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of Muni service changes approved by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors, the 38 Geary - Ocean Beach branch will be replaced by a branch terminating at 33rd Avenue and Geary Boulevard and will layover on 32nd Avenue between Anza and Balboa Streets. As part of this new layover area, the following change is proposed: BUS ZONE – EXTEND 32nd Avenue, east side, from 226 feet to 256 feet north of Balboa Street (extends existing 120-foot bus zone by 30 feet and establishes a 150-foot bus zone). The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of these changes, the 88-BART Shuttle will no longer serve Lake Merced or Park Merced. Instead, the 88 BART Shuttle will provide service to Sickles Avenue and Alemany Boulevard during the AM peak period, and Mission Street and Flournoy Street during the PM peak period. A new terminal at Sickles Avenue and Alemany Boulevard will need to be established for the 88-BART Shuttle during the AM peak period. The bus will layover here after deadheading on I-280 from the Balboa Park BART station before beginning its inbound run on Sickles Avenue and Mission Street. To create the new terminal, the following change is proposed: BUS ZONE – ESTABLISH Sickles Avenue, south side, from 0 feet to 71 feet east of Alemany Boulevard (71-foot bus zone). |

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) will be implementing Muni service changes in October 2009 to help address a $129 million budget deficit. As part of these changes, the 2-Clement will no longer terminate at 32nd Avenue and Balboa Street. Instead, the 2-Clement will terminate on the east side of 14th Avenue north of Geary Boulevard.
