Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3463 adopted February 20, 2008, the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes.  The hearing will be held as follows:

Time:     Friday, March 7, 2008, at 10:00 am
Location:        Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco

PERPENDICULAR (90-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH
Pennsylvania Avenue, west side, from 23rd Street to 300 feet southerly (along the frontage of the San Francisco Food Bank)

4-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 7 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - ESTABLISH
Pennsylvania Avenue, west side, from 23rd Street to 300 feet southerly (along the frontage of the San Francisco Food Bank); and,
Pennsylvania Avenue, east side, from 23rd Street to 535 feet southerly (along the frontage of California Mini Storage).

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "T" (4-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 3 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - RESCIND
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "T" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Ulloa Street, both sides, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Woodside Avenue;
Sydney Way, both sides, between Portola Drive and Ulloa Street ; and,
Idora Avenue, both sides, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Woodside Avenue.

TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING, 7 AM TO 9 AM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - ESTABLISH
Sansome Street, east side, from Bush Street to 45 feet northerly

RED (NO PARKING ANYTIME) ZONES - ESTABLISH
Napoleon Street, east side, 9 feet northerly from Jerrold Avenue;
Jerrold Avenue, north side, 10 feet easterly from Napoleon Street;
Fillmore Street, west side, 29 feet northerly from Ellis Street north crosswalk
Rutledge Avenue, south side, from Franconia Street to 19-feet westerly (200 block) (19-foot red zone).

Opinions on these proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417.  Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Traffic Engineering Division via fax at 701-4737.  Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.  Information on the proposed changes may be obtained from the Traffic Engineering Division at the above-referenced address or by telephone at 701-4500.
