The Sustainable Streets Division of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency will hold a public hearing on Friday, August 17, 2012, at 10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:

ESTABLISH – RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA BB, 1-HOUR PARKING,
8 AM TO 7 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

RESCIND – RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA BB, 2-HOUR PARKING,
8 AM TO 8 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

Turk Boulevard, 2300-2800 blocks, south side, between Parker Avenue and Masonic Avenue

Golden Gate Avenue, 2200-2500 blocks, north side, between Parker Avenue and Masonic Avenue

Masonic Avenue, 300 block, west side, from Turk Boulevard to Golden Gate Avenue

Annapolis Terrance, unit block, both sides, between Turk Boulevard and Golden Gate Avenue

ESTABLISH – 2-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 7 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Harrison Street, south side, between 13th Street and 11th Street

13th Street, north side, between 11th Street and Harrison Street (excluding the small traffic island at 11th Street)

ESTABLISH – RED ZONE

13th Street, north side, at the 11th Street northwest corner traffic island (2 parking spaces)

ESTABLISH – RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA I & Z (BUFFER ZONE),
1-HOUR PARKING 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Valencia Street, 1400 block, both sides, between 25th and 26th Streets ELIGIBILITY ONLY

(No new signs to be installed)

9th Street, west side, from Folsom Street to 25 feet southerly (sidewalk widening for
6-foot wide bulb, southwest corner)

9th Street, west side, from Folsom Street to 25 feet northerly (sidewalk widening for
6-foot wide bulb, northwest corner, removing yellow zone meter #262)

9th Street, east side, from Folsom Street to 25 feet southerly (sidewalk widening for
6-foot wide bulb, southeast corner)

ESTABLISH – YELLOW METERED LOADING ZONE (7 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY)

9th Street, west side, from 48 feet to 69 feet north of Folsom Street (replacing general meter 258 with a yellow meter)

 

The purpose of traffic engineering hearings for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Sustainable Streets Division is for residents to express their concerns regarding the posted parking and traffic changes affecting their streets.At the hearing, the public hearing officer, after reviewing the items and listening to residents, will make a decision as to whether the items are approved or not.Any interested parties are encouraged to attend.
