The Committee adopted the Minutes, with the following correction:
Regular Calendar Item 12 was approved.

Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT purview and are not on today’s agenda. No public comment.

ITEMS ON HOLD
1. 25th Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on 25th Street, between Dolores and Sanchez Streets.

2. Clipper Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Dolores Street.

All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Stockton Street, 700 Block – Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a “Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime” regulation directly in front of the bollards at the terminus of 700 block of Stockton Street.

DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Cole Street at Alma Street, making this intersection an All-Way STOP under Section 61 A of the San Francisco Traffic Code.

3. Persia Avenue at Paris Street - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing “Tow Away, No Stopping Anytime” regulation on the south side of Persia Avenue, from Paris Street to 31 feet westerly (in conjunction with 6-foot wide bulbouts).

4. Yerba Buena Avenue between Miraloma Drive and Maywood Drive - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
MTA recommends establishing “Tow-Away, No Stopping Any Time” zone on the north side of Yerba Buena Avenue from the Miraloma Drive crosswalk to 35 feet westerly.

5. Divisadero Street at Geary Boulevard - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a "Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime" zone on Divisadero Street, east side, from Geary Boulevard to 83 feet southerly.

6. Lisbon Street between Silver Avenue and Peru Avenue -No Parking Anytime
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing “No Parking Anytime” regulation on the west side of Lisbon Street, from Silver Avenue to 75feet southerly (in conjunction with 6-foot wide bulbouts).
APPROVED.

7. Wentworth Place (N/S street bounded by Jackson Street, Washington Street, Grant Avenue and Kearny Street) - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
DPW, as part of the Alley Improvement Project, presents a proposal to improve this alley by removing metered parking, narrowing to 10 feet at the center of the block and by decorative paving.
APPROVED with the following conditions:
a) Legislation is obtained for the bulbs; and
b) Details of any physical amenities be approved by the SFFD.

8. Beckett Street (n/s street bounded by Jackson Street, Pacific Avenue, Grant Avenue and Kearny Street) - Sidewalk Widening
DPW, as part of the Alley Improvement Project, presents a proposal to improve this alley by narrowing it from 12 feet to 10 feet at the center of the block and by decorative paving.
APPROVED with the following conditions:
a) Legislation is obtained for the bulbs; and
b) Details of any physical amenities be approved by the SFFD.

9. Ritch Street between Brannan and Townsend Streets - Sidewalk Width
DPW recommends establishing an official sidewalk width of 9.5 and 7.83 feet on the west side of Ritch Street between Brannan and Townsend Streets.

10. Golden Gate Avenue, south side, between Larkin and Hyde Streets - Sidewalk Widening and Corner Bulb
MTA requests ISCOTT review of the request to widen the Golden Gate Avenue sidewalk by 2 feet and 9 inches from Larkin Street to approximately 275 feet easterly and provide a 6-foot wide and 20-foot long corner bulb on the south side of Golden Gate Avenue just east of Larkin Street.
APPROVED with the following conditions:
a) Sidewalk legislation is obtained for the entire block between Hyde and Larkin Streets; and
b) The sponsor pursues funding to widen the sidewalk between the proposed YMCA building and Hyde Street.

11. Kearny Street, between Clay and Washington Streets - Sidewalk Bulbout
DPW presents a proposal to construct an 11-foot wide sidewalk bulbout on the west side of Kearny Street between the entry and exit driveways to the Portsmouth Square Garage (between Clay and Washington Streets).
APPROVED with the following conditions:
a) Legislation is obtained prior to construction; and
b) The northerly portion of the island is extended westerly to include the crosswalk.

12. Larkin Street, east side, between McAllister Street and Golden Gate Avenue - Overwide Driveway
MTA requests ISCOTT review of 37-foot driveway for proposed parking garage.

13. 301 - 14th Avenue (along 14th Ave and Clement Street frontages) - Pipe Barrier Permit
DPW presents a request to install bollards along the west side of 14th Avenue (between Clement Street and Geary Boulevard) and on the south side of Clement Street (between 14th and 15th Avenues).
