CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Beckett Street - No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider the following changes on the west side of Beckett Street between Jackson Street and Pacific Avenue:

A. Rescind "No Auto Parking Anytime";
B. Rescind "1 Hour Truck Parking 7 AM to 6 PM"
C. Establish "No Parking Anytime"

2. Market Street, 3600 Block - No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to rescind "No Parking Anytime" from the driveway at 3620 Market Street to 40 feet easterly.

3. Douglass Street, from 21st to Corwin Streets - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
DPT recommends holding a public hearing to establish a TANSAT regulation on the west side of the lower portion of Douglass Street, from 21st Street to the driveway for #400 Douglass Street on Corwin Street.

4. Laguna Honda Boulevard and Plaza Street - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to extend a red zone on Laguna Honda Boulevard, west side, from 9 feet to 31 feet north of Plaza Street.

3. Mint Street, east side, between Mission and Jessie Streets -1-Hour Parking
MTA recommends establishing 1-Hour Parking on the east side of Mint Street between Mission and Jessie Streets under Traffic Code Section 33.1.

4. 7th St. (Unit Block), west side, from Stevenson Street to Mission Street -Various Parking Changes DPT Recommends Public Hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding General Metered Parking, on the west side between Mission and Stevenson Streets;
B. Establishing TANSAT, on the west side, from Stevenson Street to 62 feet southerly;
C. Establishing Passenger Loading Zone, 6AM-7PM, Monday-Friday, on the west side, from 62 feet south of Stevenson to 128 feet southerly (66 foot zone);
D. Establishing Tow Away No Stopping 7PM-6AM, Monday-Friday, Tow Away No Stopping at All Other Times Saturday-Sunday, on the west side, from 62feet south of Stevenson to 128 feet southerly (66-foot zone); and
E. Establishing Tow Away No Stopping at All Other Times, on the west side, from 128 feet south of Stevenson to 376feet southerly at Mission (248-foot zone)

5. Mission Street (1100 Block), North Side, from 7th to 346 feet westerly - Various Parking Changes
DPT Recommends a Public Hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding 104-foot Muni Bus Zone from 5 feet to 109 feet west of 7th Street;
B. Establishing106-foot Muni Bus Zone from 5 feet to 111 feet west of 7th Street.;
C. Rescinding General Metered Parking on Mission Street, on the north side, from 111 feet west of 7th Street to 197 feet westerly (4 meters);
D. Establishing Y(ML), on the north side, 7AM-4PM, Monday-Saturday and TANS 4PM-7AM, Monday-Saturday and TANSAT Sundays from 111 feet west of 7th Street to 197 feet westerly (4 meters).
E. Rescinding 101-foot Muni Bus Zone (for SamTrans) from 194 feet to 295 feet west of 7th Street.;
F. Establishing 101-foot Muni Bus Zone (for SamTrans) from 207 feet to 308feet west of 7th Street (establish red zone 5 feet either side of fire hydrant between Y (ML) and samtrans zone); and
G. Establishing Tow Away No Stopping at All Other Times from 308 feet west of 7th Street to 38 feet westerly.

6. Stevenson Street, North Side, from 7th Street to western terminus – Parking Regulations

DPT recommends:
A. Rescinding Tow-Away No Parking and restoring 1-HR parking, Monday‑Saturday, 7AM-6PM on the north Side, between 7th Street and western terminus (T.C. 33.1); and
B. Holding a public hearing to consider establishing General Metered Parking, 1HR meters, Monday-Saturday, 7AM-6 PM on the north Side of Stevenson Street (Area 2) from 7th Street to western terminus.

7. 9th and Hayes Streets - Tow-Away
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "Tow-Away No Stopping, 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday on both sides of 9th Street between Howard and Market Streets;
B. Establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping, 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday" on both sides of 9th Street between Howard and Market Streets;
C. Rescinding "Tow-Away No Stopping, 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday" on the south side of Hayes Street between Market and Franklin Streets; and
D. Establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping, 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday" on the south side of Hayes Street between Market and Franklin Streets;
E. Rescinding "Tow-Away No Stopping, 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday" on the north side of Hayes Street between Polk Street and Van Ness Avenue; and
F. Establish "Tow-Away No Stopping, 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday" on north side of Hayes Street between Polk Street and Van Ness Avenue.

8. Stillman and 4th Streets - Various
Pursuant to Section 33.1 of the San Francisco Traffic Code, the Traffic Engineering Division is directed to implement the following changes. These changes are recommended in conjunction with the Bay Bridge West Approach Construction Project:

A. TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME – ESTABLISH
Stillman Street, south side, between 3rd Street and 4th Street;
Stillman Street, north side, from 4th Street to 200’ easterly;
Stillman Street, north side, from 3rd Street to 100’ westerly;
4th Street, west side, between Harrison Street and Stillman Street and
4th Street, east side, between Perry Street and Stillman Street.

B. TRUCK LOADING ZONE (MON – FRI, 7AM – 6PM) AND TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING AT ALL OTHER TIMES – ESTABLISH
Stillman Street, north side, from 200’ to 310’ east of 4th Street (110 foot zone);
C. GREEN (SHORT TERM LOADING, MON-SAT, 9AM-6PM) ZONE – ESTABLISH
4TH Street, east side, from 38 feet to 74 feet, south of Stillman Street (36-foot zone); and
D. YELLOW TRUCK LOADING ZONE (MON – SAT, 7AM-6PM) – ESTABLISH
4TH Street, east side, from 12 feet to 38 feet south of Stillman Street (26-foot zone).

9. Clay Street and Webster Street - No U-Turns
DPT recommends establishing "No U-Turn" on Webster Street, northbound and southbound, at the intersection with Clay Street.

10. Security Pacific Place, west side, at O'Farrell Street - Pipe Barrier Permit
DPW presents a request to install four pipe barriers (bollards) on the west side of Security Pacific Place adjacent to the building at 26 O'Farrell Street.

11. Citywide - Parking Meter Time Limits
DPT recommends an ordinance amending Traffic Code Section 203 to provide the Director of Parking and Traffic ability to determine total length of parking time allowed at meter, streamlining process by which parking meter time limits can be increased to a maximum of 2 hours.

12. Citywide - Traffic Code Section 21
DPT recommends an Ordinance to amend Traffic Code Section 21 to establish a single fine of $100 for erasing parking enforcement chalk marks.

13. Linden Street, between Gough and Octavia Streets – Kajor Encroachment Permit
DPT requests ISCOTT review of landscaping, raised and colored pavement, granite seating and tree wells on this alley, by:
A) Rescind parking on the south side of Linden Street from 50 feet west of Gough Street to Octavia Street; and
B) Establish parking on the north side of the block from 90 feet west of Gough Street to Octavia Street. TO BE WITHDRAWN
