CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Ora and Topaz Ways - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Ora and Topaz Ways, making this intersection an all-way STOP.

2. McAllister and Stanyan Streets - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping McAllister at Stanyan Street, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP.

3. Leavenworth and Lombard Streets- Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "No Parking Any Time" on the west side of Leavenworth Street between Lombard Street and Greenwich Street;
B. Establishing "Tow-Away, No Stopping Any Time" on the west side of Leavenworth Street between Lombard and Greenwich Streets;
C. Rescinding "No Parking Any Time" on the south side of Lombard Street between Leavenworth and Jones Streets; and
D. Establish "Tow-Away, No Stopping Any Time" on the south side of Lombard Street between Leavenworth and Jones Streets.

4. 5th and Bluxome Streets - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a visibility red zone on the west side of 5th Street, from Bluxome Street to 20 feet northerly.

5. Burnett Avenue at Crestline Drive - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending the red zone on the west side of Burnett Avenue, from Crestline Drive to 15 feet northerly (from 50feet to 65 feet).

6. 31st, 32nd, and 33rd Avenues at Noriega Street - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding 1-Hour time limit parking, 7AM-6PM, Mon-Sat at, (1) 31st Avenue, east side, from Noriega Street to 70 feet southerly and 220 feet northerly, (2) 31st Avenue, west side, from Noriega Street to 69 feet southerly and 55 feet northerly, (3) 32nd Avenue, east side, from Noriega Street to 68‑feet southerly and 94 feet northerly, and (4) 32nd Avenue, west side, from Noriega Street to 69 feet northerly and 73 feet southerly; and
B. Establishing metered parking 1-Hour time limit, 9AM-6PM, Mon-Sat, at (1) 31st Avenue, east side, from Noriega Street to 70 feet southerly and 220 feet northerly, (2) 31st Avenue, west side, from Noriega Street to 69 feet southerly and 55 feet northerly, (3) 32nd Avenue, east side, from Noriega Street to 68feet southerly and 94 feet northerly, (4) 32nd Avenue, west side, from Noriega Street to 69 feet northerly and 73 feet southerly and (5) 33rd Avenue, east side, from Noriega Street to 88 feet southerly and 68 feet northerly.

7. Folsom and 2nd Streets – Revoke Bus Zones
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding a part-time bus zone on the south side of Folsom Street, from 2nd Street to 83 feet easterly.

2. Linden Street, between Gough and Octavia Streets - Major Encroachment Permit, Parking
DPT requests ISCOTT review of a major encroachment permit to install landscaping, raised and colored pavement, planters and other streetscape elements on this block. The following parking changes are needed in conjunction with this permit:
A. Revoking existing "No Parking Anytime" on Linden Street, north side, from 82feet to 101 feet west of Gough Street;
B. Establishing one compact parking space on Linden Street, north side, from 82feet to 101 feet west of Gough Street; and
C. Establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime" on Linden Street, south side, from 40 feet 136 feet west of Gough Street.

MTA recommends the following conditions on the permit:
AA. Maintaining 14-foot clear roadway space for emergency access or as required by the SFFD; and
BB. Installing curbs with rounded corners around the tree wells.

3. Yerba Buena Avenue between Santa Clara and Santa Paula Avenues - Speed Hump
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider installing a speed hump on Yerba Buena Avenue between Santa Clara and Santa Paula Avenues.

4. Santa Clara Avenue between St Francis Boulevard and Monterey Boulevard - Speed Cushion
DPT/MTA recommends a public hearing to consider allowing a pilot speed cushion on Santa Clara Avenue between St Francis Boulevard and Monterey Boulevard.

The following three items are related to the establishing of a new Muni route, 20Columbus:

5. Howard Street, 600 Block, west of 2nd Street – Bus Zone
DPT/MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a part-time bus zone, Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 9 AM, on the north side of Howard Street, from 80 feet west of 2nd Street to 63 feet westerly (impacts three metered spaces).

6. Davis Street, 100 Block, north of California Street – Bus Zone
DPT/MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a part-time bus zone, Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 9 AM, on the west side of Davis Street, from 95feet north of California Street to 20 feet northerly (impacts one metered space).

7. Columbus Avenue, 500 Block, south of Union Street – Turning Clearance Zone
DPT/MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a No Parking Anythime zone, Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, on the west side of Columbus Avenue from 16 feet south of Union Street to 58 feet southerly (impacts three metered spaces).
