The Committee to adopt the Minutes.

CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEMS)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Marview Way and Palo Alto Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends a STOP sign stopping westbound Palo Alto Avenue, at one stem of the "T" intersection.

2. Wayland Street at Girard Street - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Wayland Street at Girard Street, making this intersection an all-way STOP.

3. Bromley Place - Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "No Parking Any Time" on Bromley Place, north and south sides; and
B. Establishing "Tow-Away No Parking Any Time" on Bromley Place, north and south sides.

4. Faxon Avenue and Southwood Drive - No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consiver establishing "No Parking Anytime" around the island located at Faxon Avenue and Southwood Drive.

5. Geneva Avenue, between London and Paris Streets
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider:
A) Revoking angle parking on this block to parallel parking;
B) Extending Parking Meter Area 3 to the following locations:
a) Paris Street, west side, from 77 feet to 97 feet westerly; and
b) London Street, west side, from 40 feet o 60 feet westerly.

6. Townsend Street, 300 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "2-Hour Time Limit Parking, 7AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday" and establishing general metered parking (Area 1, 9AM to 6PM, Monday through Saturday, 2-hour time limit) on the north side of Townsend Street from 4th Street to 130 feet westerly.

2. Stanyan Street at Parnassus Avenue - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a red zone on Stanyan Street, east side, from 10 feet to 40 feet south of Parnassus Avenue.

3. Mansell Street, from Sunnydale Avenue to Brazil Avenue - Speed Limit
DPT recommends an ordinance to establish a 35 MPH speed limit on Mansell Street between Sunnydale and Brazil Avenues.

4. Persia Avenue at Paris Street - Sidewalk Bulb-Out
The MTA proposes to install a 5-foot wide bulb-out on the southwest and northeast corners of Persia Avenue at Paris Street.

5. Clementina Street, 300 block - Sidewalk Cut-In
DPW requests ISCOTT review of a proposal by the Housing Authority to build a 54-foot sidewalk cut-in for a passenger loading zone, on Clementina Street between 4th Street and Gallagher Lane.

6. Gilman Avenue, south side, between 3rd and Jennings Streets - Tow-Away, No Stopping on Monster Park Event Days
Muni requests a public hearing to consider:
Alternative A: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue between 3rd and Jennings Streets to accommodate the 86‑TBall Park shuttle bus connecting Monster Park to the T-Third Muni Metro line;
OR
Alternative B: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue from 3rdStreet to 80 feet westerly (post-event stop) and on a part-time bus zone on 3rd Street, west side, from 115 feet to 65 feet north of Ingerson Avenue (pre‑event stop);
OR
Alternative C: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue from 3rdStreet to 80 feet westerly (post-event stop) and using curb traffic lane of southbound 3rd Street south of Gilman Avenue for pre-event stop.

7. Mint Street, east side, from Mission Street to Jessie Street - Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing Tow-Away, No Parking Any Time on the east side of Mint Street.

8. Mint Street, west side, from Mission Street to 115 feet northerly - Perpendicular Parking
MTA recommends that perpendicular parking be established under Traffic Code Section 33.1. This proposal was approved by a DPW Major Encroachment Permit as part of the Jessie Plaza project and is under construction.

9. Armstrong Avenue at 3rd Street - No Left Turn After Ballpark Events
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider prohibiting left turns from westbound Armstrong Avenue to southbound 3rd Street after events at Monster (Candlestick) Park.

10. 690 Market Street - Street Improvements - Passenger Loading Zone
DPW requests ISCOTT review of a proposed Official Sidewalk Change on the north side of Market Street east of Geary and Kearny Streets.

11. 491 Bayshore Boulevard - Overwide Driveway
DPW Street Use and Lars Anderson and Associates request ISCOTT review of three (3) overwide driveways for the new Home Depot on Bayshore Boulevard:
A. Driveway "A" - A 79-foot wide driveway on Bayshore Boulevard, east side, at the new Home Depot signalized intersection;
B. Driveway "C" – A 76-foot wide driveway on Waterloo Street, north side, between Marengo Street and Bayshore Boulevard; and
C. Driveway "D" - A 60-foot wide driveway on Loomis Street, west side, between Waterloo Street and Oakdale Avenue.
**Driveway "B" on Bayshore Boy\ulevard is not overwide and does not need legislation.

12. 6th Street, between Channel and Owens Streets – Street Closure
DPT presents information on the permanent closure of 6th Street, south of Channel Street, for the future construction of Mission Bay Circle. This portion of 6th Street was relinquished to the Mission Bay Project.

13. Various Locations - Traffic Signals
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider the installation of traffic signals at the following locations:
A. 16th and Vermont Streets Intersection;
| B. 7th and Mission Bay Drive; and
C. 4th and 16th Streets Intersection.
