  2. payment for Enforcement services is due by July 2, 2012
  3. sponsor pays for the advance signing of Haight, 16th Streets, the Embarcadero and detour signing on the day of the event
  4. sponsor pays for the cost of rerouting any impacted electric bus lines
  5. sponsor submits a final site plan for the start/finish by July 2, 2012
  6. sponsor publicizes the event through the newspaper and other media indicating the streets that are open
  7. the sponsor improves traffic control in the vicinity of Geary, 26th Ave., 27th Ave., and Clement St. and works with the Russian Orthodox Church to improve outreach and distribution of the traffic plan
