                        The Royal Exchange St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

            APPROVED with the following conditions:

a) The sponsor pays for the cost of 10-B SFPD Officers and Parking Control Officers (PCO’s) at least 10 days in advance of the event;

b) The sponsor follows conditions imposed by the SFPD for safety control and implements improved barricade plan to ensure access for Harrington’s and MacDonald’s;

c) The sponsor provides two additiionall porta-toilets, both in the parking lane in front of the Embarcadero Center on Front Street, north of Sacramento Street;

d) The sound permit is from 5 PM to 8:30 PM only.  The Entertainment Commission will monitor the sound to ensure that the decibel levels are incompliance with the sound permit.  They will provide a written report after the event; and

e) The Sponsor shall provide Central Station Command Staff with the cell phone number of person in charge of the sound during the event.
