c) Due to ongoing construction and renovation of building on Maiden Lane, there may be times when the permit holders will be asked to alter their permit hours or days to accommodate construction schedule; and

d) If A-frame display units are being used there must be a base surrounding any part of the frame that borders a path of travel. This will allow for a person with a walking cane to detect the structure.

a) All portatoilets and dumpsters are to be picked up by 9 AM on Monday, October 6, 2008. The sponsors are responsible for confirming that this has been done;

b) Booths along 18th Street should be spaced in such a way that they conform to the map submitted to ISCOTT. The sponsors are responsible for working with their vendors to ensure the space remains clear (this is clearly shown on the map);

c) Market Street is the first street to be re-opened;

d) There are at least 50 portable bathrooms with a minimum of six wheelchair accessible ones;

e) There are special permits provided for residential access and parking;

f) The sponsor pays for the cost of DPT advance signing;

g) The “F” Line street car is allowed to proceed west on Market Street to Noe and 17th Streets;

h) Chaulk is used by the sponsor to make all markings on the streets and sidewalks;

i) The sponsor continues to work with the various community and neighborhood groups to resolve any ongoing issues;

j) There is to be a general meeting with various City agencies including SFPD, SFFD, MUNI, DPT and DPW to coordinate final plans for this event. The sponsor is responsible for convening this meeting.

k) The intersection of Diamond and Market Streets shall remain open; and

l) The cost of all substitutions of MUNI electric lines by motor coaches caused by the Castro Street Fair shall be paid by the sponsor.

b) The sponsor works with the Port to develop an access plan along The Embarcadero near Pier 27;

c) The sponsor runs notification ads of the race in local neighborhood newspapers several days before the race for people to call if there are any questions or issues which may arise;

d) There is a public phone number which is activated several days before the race for the public to call if there are any questions or issues which may arise; and

e) Resident and business notifications are to be delivered two weeks in advance with a list of persons notified provided to DPT.
