  • The sponsor develops a plan to control fire cracker abuse including warning signage that fire crackers will be confiscated and provides adequate volunteer to implement the plan;
  • The sponsor complies with the SFFD requirements regarding the fireworks display; and
  • New site plan to be submitted by 1/8/10.

            d)   The sponsor pays for the cost of rerouting any impacted electric bus lines;

            e)   The sponsor submits a final site plan for the start/finish by 7/1/10;
