6. Presentation, discussion and possible action of upcoming SFMTA Board/Parking Authority Commission items. (No explanatory documents.)

Sonali Bose, director, Finance and Information Technology presented the staff report.

Chairman Beach asked staff to provide detailed information to the Board.

  • Treasure Island Redevelopment Plan

Peter Albert, manager, Urban Planning Initiatives and Michael Tymeoff, deputy director, Treasure Island Redevelopment Project, Office Economic and Workforce Development, presented the staff report.

7.  Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the operation of the SFMTA Board of Directors/Parking Authority Commission. 

No items were discussed.

8. Discussion and vote pursuant to Administrative Code Section 67.10(d) as to whether to conduct a closed session and invoke the attorney‑client privilege.

On motion to invoke the attorney-client privilege: unanimously approved (Brinkman-absent).

Chairman Beach announced that the Policy and Governance Committee met in closed session to discuss anticipated litigation with the City Attorney.  The committee took no action.
