Tour departure of the St. Francis Circle Reconstruction Project located at St. Francis Circle and West Portal Avenue.  (NOTE: The SFMTA CAC EMSC will depart One South Van Ness at approximately 3:45 p.m. to board outbound LRV at the Van Ness Metro Station to St, Francis Circle.)   (Ha Nguyen, Capital Programs and Construction and Al Herce, Sustainable Streets)
