FOR PUBLIC HEARING

The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, September 21, 2007, at 10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:

The following three items are to be established near Jean Parker Elementary School.

RED ZONE – REVOKE
“844” Broadway, north side, from 148 feet to 183 feet east of Mason Street (35-foot zone).

RED ZONE – ESTABLISH
“844” Broadway, north side, from 148 feet to 154 feet (6-foot zone) and 174 feet to 183 feet (9-foot zone) east of Mason Street.

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE (WHITE), SCHOOLDAYS, 7AM TO 3PM – ESTABLISH
“842” Broadway, north side, from 154 feet to 174 feet east of Mason Street (20-foot zone).

The following two items are to be established near Sanchez School.

RED ZONE – REVOKE
“399” Sanchez Street, east side, from 6 feet to 15 feet north of 17th Street (9-foot zone).

BLUE ZONE – ESTABLISH
“399” Sanchez Street, east side, from 6 feet to 26 feet north of 17th Street (20-foot zone).

COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONE (YELLOW), 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
401 Spruce Street, west side, from 0 feet to 22 feet south of Sacramento Street (22-foot zone).

TOW-AWAY, PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8:30AM TO 4PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – ESTABLISH (FEE REQUIRED)
35 Onondaga Avenue, south side, from 57 feet to 101 feet east of Alemany Boulevard (44-foot zone).

Note: This will remove the existing blue zone at this location but will be relocated across the street, see next item. New parking meters will be installed in this space to accommodate metered parking between the hours of 4 to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 6 pm, Saturdays.

BLUE ZONE - ESTABLISH
2 Onondaga Avenue, north side, from 5 feet to 25 feet west of Mission Street (20-foot zone at parking meter #2).

COMMERCIAL METERED LOADING ZONE (YELLOW), 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THRU SATURDAY – REVOKE
1656 and 1670 Pine Street, north side, from 153 feet to 175 feet east of Franklin Street (22-foot zone) and from 39 feet to 65 feet east of Franklin Street (26-foot zone, remove meter #1626 and meter #1638).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, FROM 8:30 TO 11 AM AND 2 TO 3 PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
3245 – 16th Street, south side, from 3 feet to 47 feet east of westerly property line (44-foot zone).
Note: This zone is contingent upon raising the non-functional driveway at 3245 – 16th Street.

YELLOW ZONE – REVOKE
429 Beale Street, 28 feet from south property line to 28 feet north of same property line. (28-foot zone).

The following item is established near De Marillac Academy.

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 7:30AM TO 5:30PM,SCHOOL DAYS – ESTABLISH
177 Golden Gate Avenue, south side, from 50 feet to 92 feet east of Leavenworth Street (42-foot zone, remove parking meters 137Q and 139Q).

RED ZONE – ESTABLISH (FEES REQUIRED)
276 Mallorca Way, from 0 feet to 23 feet north of south property line. (23-foot zone).
Note: This is a temporary zone until further notice.
