PUBLIC HEARING

The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 27, 2009, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA  94102, to consider the following proposals:

BLUE ZONE – REVOKE
2100 Webster Street, (20-foot zone).

METERED LOADING ZONE – REVOKE
2100 Webster Street, at parking meters #2104 and #2106 (40-foot zone).

SIX-WHEEL TRUCK LOADING ZONE, 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY – ESTABLISH
2100 Webster Street, at parking meters #2102, #2104 and #2106 (60-foot zone).

BLUE ZONE – ESTABLISH
“2099” Webster Street, from 0-feet to 20-feet, south of Sacramento Street (20-foot zone).

PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO 10PM, DAILY – ESTABLISH
965 Sutter Street, from 20.5-feet to 42.5-feet, east of west property line (22-foot zone).

SHUTTLE BUS ZONE, 7AM TO 7PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
  654 Minnesota Street, from 18.5-feet to 48.5-feet, north of 19th Street (30-foot zone).

DUAL-USE COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONE, 8AM TO 5PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY (YELLOW CURB); PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 5PM TO 10PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY – ESTABLISH (NOTE: PLZ contingent upon operation of valet service)
  431 Balboa Street, from 80-feet to 102-feet, east of 6th Avenue (22-foot zone).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8AM TO 3:30PM, SCHOOL DAYS – REVOKE
“952” Clay Street, north side, from 61-feet to 124-feet east of Parkhurst Alley, at parking meters #922, #924, and #926  (63-foot zone).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 8AM TO 6PM, SCHOOL DAYS – ESTABLISH

Judah Street, south side at 9th Avenue. (21-foot zone)

RED ZONE – ESTABLISH
Judah Street, south side, from 9th Avenue to 24-feet easterly (remove parking meter #321)( 20-foot zone).

YELLOW ZONE, 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
Judah Street, south side, east of 9th Avenue at parking meter #00317. (21-foot zone)

TWO GREEN PARKING METERS (30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT) AT METERS NUMBERS (TO BE DETERMINED) – ESTABLISH
  “1” Varela Avenue.

GREEN PARKING METER (30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT) AT METER NUMBER (TO BE DETERMINED) – ESTABLISH
“1549” Holloway Avenue.

PART-TIME METERED LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO NOON, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – REVOKE 2348 Market Street, at meters #2326 and #2328 (49-foot zone).

DUAL USE SIX-WHEEL TRUCK LOADING ZONE (YELLOW CURB), 8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY; PASSENGER LOADING ZONE (SIGN ONLY), 6PM TO 2AM, DAILY – ESTABLISH
2348 Market Street, at parking meters #2326 and 2328 (49-foot zone).

SIX-WHEEL TRUCK LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – ESTABLISH  “471” Stevenson Street, from 235-feet to 278-feet, east of 6th Street (43-foot zone).

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 3:30PM TO 9PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, AND 9:30AM TO 6PM, SATURDAYS – ESTABLISH
4000 Balboa Street, from 11-feet to 31-feet, west of 41st Avenue (20-foot zone).

COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONE, 7AM TO 6PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
975 Indiana Street, from 0-feet to 23-feet, south of north property line (23-foot zone) and from 0-feet to 22-feet, south of driveway (22-foot zone)

METERED LOADING ZONE – REVOKE
1171 Mission Street, at parking meters #1173, #1175, and #1179. (66-foot zone).

PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, AT ALL TIMES – ESTABLISH
1171 Mission Street, at parking meters #1175 and #1179. (44-foot zone).

PART-TIME LOADING ZONE – REVOKE
  39 Fell Street (42-foot zone).
