Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3376 adopted June 14, 2007 the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, June 29, 2007, at 10:00 am
Location: Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco
(located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

NO PARKING ANYTIME - RESCIND
COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY - ESTABLISH
Linden Street, north side, from 82 feet to 101 feet west of Gough Street.

TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
Linden Street, south side, from 40 feet to 136 feet west of Gough Street.

YELLOW (METERED LOADING) ZONES, 8 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - RESCIND
YELLOW (METERED LOADING) ZONES, 7 AM - 12 NOON, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - ESTABLISH
California Street, north side, from 13 to 39 feet east of Locust Street at parking meters #350-34620 and 350-34600.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "R" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM - 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - ESTABLISH
Ivy Street, both sides, between Buchanan and Webster Streets (signs will only be posted on the north side, but residents will be eligible for permits); and,
Webster Street, east side, between Ivy and Grove Streets.

RED (NO PARKING ANYTIME) ZONES - ESTABLISH
Orizaba Avenue, west side, at Sagamore Street (20-ft zone); and,
Sagamore Street, north side, at Orizaba Avenue (20-ft zone)

MUNI BUS ZONES - ESTABLISH
Bryant Street, south side, from 6th Street to 106 feet easterly.

TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
Geary Boulevard south side, from the Masonic Avenue frontage road to 70 feet westerly (removes parking meter #2703);
Page Street, south side, from Laguna Street to 20 feet easterly; and,
Laguna Street, east side, from Page Street to 21 feet southerly.

2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 7AM TO 6 PM, EXCEPT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – ESTABLISH
San Bruno Avenue, east side, between 15th and Alameda Streets; and,
15th Street, both sides, between San Bruno and Vermont Streets.

MUNI BUS ZONE – RESCIND
Bryant Street, south side, from 6th Street to 71 feet westerly.

PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, 7 AM TO 5 PM SCHOOL DAYS – ESTABLISH
“616” Douglass Street, east side, from 0 to 37 feet south of 22nd Street (37-foot zone).

BLUE ZONE – ESTABLISH
“640” Douglass Street, east side, from 0 feet to 20 feet north of Alvarado Street (20-foot zone)

Opinions on these proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing with the City Traffic Engineer at the Traffic Engineering Division, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417. Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Traffic Engineering Division via fax at 701-4737. Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
