Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3398 adopted August 2, 2007 the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, August 17, 2007, at 10:00 am
Location: Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco
(located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

METERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - ESTABLISH
#3632 and 3634 Sacramento Street, north side, between Locust and Spruce Streets (accommodates 3 metered motorcycle spaces, west of parking meter #3614).

RED (NO PARKING ANYTIME) ZONE - ESTABLISH
Treat Avenue, west side, from 5 feet to 15 feet north of the 1651 Treat Avenue property line (extends existing 5 foot red zone by an additional 10 feet) and,

5th Street, west side, from Bluxome Street to 20 feet northerly.

MEDIAN ISLAND - ESTABLISH
Hudson Avenue, east of Ardath Court

TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING, MIDNIGHT TO 10 A.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – ESTABLISH
15th Street, north side, between Florida and Bryant Streets.

NO PARKING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
Reuel Court, both sides, east of Hudson Street, to the terminus; and,

Cashmere Street, both sides, east of Hudson Street, to the terminus (Unit block).

All-WAY STOP - INSTALL
20th Avenue and Moraga Street, stopping the north and south directions of 20th Avenue.

RED (NO PARKING ANYTIME) ZONE - EXTENSION
1700 20th Avenue, east side, from 56 feet to 80 feet south of the driveway opposite Moraga Street (24-foot red zone extension, eliminating two parking spaces to accommodate a new STOP sign installation).

AREA 2, 2-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY - ESTABLISH
Townsend Street, south side, between 7th and 8th Streets, on portions where parking is not prohibited.

PARKING METERS, AREA NO. 3, (2-HOUR PARKING TIME LIMIT, 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - RESCIND
Masonic Avenue, east side, north of Turk Street (200 block).

MUNI BUS ZONE - RESCIND
Post Street, south side, from Gough Street to 105 feet westerly.

MUNI BUS ZONE - ESTABLISH
Post Street, south side, from Gough Street to 95 feet easterly and,
Geary Boulevard, north side, from 84 feet to 104 feet west of 9th Avenue (removes meter #4510).

METERED LOADING ZONE, 7 AM TO 2 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY – ESTABLISH
Pacific Avenue, south side, from Stockton Street to approximately 95 feet westerly (Parking Meters # 803, 805, 807 & 809; and,

Jackson Street, north side, from Stockton Street to approximately 107 feet westerly (Parking Meters # 802, 804, 806, 808 & 810).

SIDEWALK BULBS - ESTABLISH
Stockton Street, west side, from Jackson Street to approximately 84 feet northerly (eliminates parking meters #1105, 1107, 1109, and 1111).

Stockton Street, east side, from Pacific Avenue to approximately 109 feet northerly (eliminates parking meters #1204, 1206, 1208, 1210 and 1212); and,

Stockton Street, west side, from approximately 86 feet north of Pacific Avenue to 112 feet northerly (eliminates parking meters #1213).

YELLOW LOADING ZONE – RESCIND
Beale Street, east side, north of Bryant Street, at 429 Beale Street (40-foot zone).

Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
