Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3304 adopted August 15, 2007 the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Texas Street, east side, from 22nd Street to 20 feet northerly (from 14 feet to 34 feet, for Muni turning clearance).

Excelsior Avenue, both sides, from London Street to 15 feet easterly;
Excelsior Avenue, south side, from Paris Street to 15 feet westerly;

250 23rd Avenue, east side, from 277 feet to 357 feet north of Clement Street. (80-foot zone)

“163” Chattanooga Street, east side, from 0 feet to 61 feet north of the south property line of Edison Charter School (61-foot zone).

3521 22nd Street, south side, from 97 feet to 124 feet west of Dolores Street (27-foot zone).
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "J" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 5 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Belgrave Avenue, both sides, from west of Stanyan Street to the eastern terminus (Unit,100 and 200 blocks).
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "I" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 9 AM - 8 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY) - ESTABLISH
Hill Street, both sides, between Guerrero and Valencia Streets (Unit block).
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 9 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
21st Street, both sides, between Noe and Sanchez Streets (3700 block).
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "N" - ESTABLISH
Fulton Street, north side, between 14th and 15th Avenues (3800 block).
Note: No signs will be posted on the block, but residents will be eligible for permits.
VANPOOL PARKING ONLY, 6 AM TO 9 AM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY-RESCIND
Van Ness Avenue, east side, between McAllister and Grove Streets.
TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH

METERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING – ESTABLISH
Grant Avenue, east side, from 11 feet north of Sutter Street to 21 feet northerly (creates 6 motorcycle spaces and removes meter #444-03040).
