The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, February 13, 2009, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA  94102, to consider the following proposals:

Residential Permit Parking AREA “J” (2-hOUR time limit, 7 am to9 pm, monday through sunday - ESTABLISH
1775 Haight Street (includes specific address only).  Signs will not be posted on the street, but resident will be eligible for permits).

Residential Permit Parking AREA “S / Z”  (BUFFER ZONE) (2-hOUR time limit, 8 am to 9 pm, monday through FRIDAY - ESTABLISH
Church Street, both sides, between 22nd and 23rd Streets (1000 Block).

Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime - establish
26th Street, north side, from Wisconsin Street to 45 feet westerly.

Red Zone - establish
Wisconsin Street, east side, from 26th Street (curb ramp) 13 feet northerly (to light pole / flag stop). 

Bicycle Lanes - establish
Kansas Street, northbound, from 23rdStreet to 26th Street;
Kansas Street, southbound, from 23rd Street to 25th Street. 

METERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - EXTENSION
Battery Street, east side, from 21 feet to 42 feet north of Green Street (replaces parking meter # 1004 with 6 new motorcycle parking spaces, increasing the total number of motorcycle spaces to 12).

One-Way Street - establish
Congo Street, from Martha Avenue to Stillings Avenue, in the northwesterly, then southerly, direction.
