Alemany boulevard bicycle project CLASS II BICYCLE LANE – ESTABLISH Alemany Boulevard, eastbound, from Rousseau Street to Putnam Street; Alemany Boulevard, westbound, from 190 feet east of Putnam Street to Rousseau Street, and also to Justin Drive; Justin Drive, southbound, from westbound Alemany Boulevard to eastbound Alemany Boulevard eastbound.
