Pursuant to DPT Order No. 3491 adopted April 29, 2008, the Department of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on the following proposed changes. The hearing will be held as follows:

Date/Time: Friday, May 16, 2008, at 10:00 am
Location: Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, San Francisco
(located on Van Ness Avenue between McAllister and Grove Streets)

PARKING METER - RESCIND
METERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING - ESTABLISH
4528 Mission Street, north side, from 72 feet to 92 feet east of Harrington Street, replacing parking meter #4514 (establishes 4 motorcycle spaces).

RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT - RESCIND
RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT, EXCEPT MUNI – ESTABLISH
Crossover Drive, northbound, in advance of Fulton Street

NO PARKING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
Masonic Avenue, east side, from O’Farrell Street to 65 feet northerly

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "I" - ESTABLISH
Valencia Street, east side, between Hill and 22nd Streets (adds 1061-1089, odd numbers only into the permit area) (no signs will be posted since block is metered).

STOP SIGNS- ESTABLISH
Ulloa Street at 20th Avenue, making this intersection an All-Way STOP.

SPEED HUMPS - ESTABLISH
Octavia Boulevard, northbound Frontage Road, between Haight and Page Streets;
Octavia Boulevard, northbound Frontage Road, between Page and Oak Streets; and,
Octavia Boulevard, northbound Frontage Road, between Oak and Fell Streets.

TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING ANYTIME – ESTABLISH
Fell Street, south side, from 60 feet to 150 feet east of Masonic Avenue (an additional 90 feet to create a left turn lane).

Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
