RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "T" (4-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 3 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH Rockwood Court, both sides, between Rockaway Avenue and Ulloa Street (1-99 block); Rockaway Avenue, both sides, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Rockwood Court (1-36). STOP SIGNS - ESTABLISH 12th Street at Harrison Street, making this T-intersection a one-way STOP. RIGHT TURNS ONLY - ESTABLISH San Juan Avenue, eastbound, at Alemany Boulevard. (To be removed upon future installation of traffic signals) MULTIPLE RIGHT TURN LANES - REVOKE Fremont Street, northbound, at Folsom Street.(For transit routing during the construction of the Temporary Transbay Terminal and the Transbay Terminal Center. This temporary condition is required through December 2014) TRANSIT LANE - ESTABLISH Fremont Street, northbound, at Folsom Street on the rightmost lane. Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime - rescind 18th Street, south side, from 30 to 130 feet west of Dolores Street. No Parking Anytime - Establish 18th Street, south side, from Guerrero Street to 20 feet westerly; 18th Street, north side, from Guerrero Street to 20 feet easterly.
