The Director of Parking and Traffic will hold a public hearing on Friday, August 1, 2008, at 10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA 94102, to consider the following proposals:
RED (NO PARKING ANYTIME) ZONES - ESTABLISH
SIDEWALK BULBS – ESTABLISH
Harrison Street, east side, from Cesar Chavez to 26 feet southerly (bulb will extend six feet into the roadway); and
Folsom Street, west side, from Precita Avenue to 28 feet southerly (bulb will extend six feet into the roadway); and
Precita Avenue, southeast corner, from Folsom Street property line to 5 feet west (bulb will extend six feet into the roadway).

SPEED HUMP – INSTALL
Portola Drive Frontage Road, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Waithman Way.
UNMETERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING – ESTABLISH
Brannan Street, 500 Block, north side, from 57-feet east of the western property line of #548 Brannan Street to 10-feet easterly (establishes 3 motorcycle spaces).
TOUR BUS RESTRICTION – ESTABLISH
Moraga Street, between 16th Avenue and 17th Avenue;
16th Avenue, between Lawton Street and Noriega Street;
15th Avenue, between 14th Avenue and Ortega Street; and
Noriega Street, between 14th Avenue and 16th Avenue.
RED ZONE – ESTABLISH
Bryant Street, east side, from 16th Street to 18 feet northerly.
LEFT LANE MUST TURN LEFT – ESTABLISH
Fell Street, westbound, at Masonic Avenue (from tow-away parking lane).
PART-TIME PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, FROM 9:00 AM TO 10:00 AM AND 3:00 PM TO 4:00 PM, SCHOOLDAYS - REVOKE
125 Excelsior Avenue, north side, from 73.5 feet to 91.5 feet east of London Street (18-foot long zone).
GREEN (SHORT-TERM PARKING) ZONE - REVOKE
