SAN FRANCISCO MUNICPAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY

ORDER NO. 3743

FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Director of Transportation Engineering – Sustainable Streets Division will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 19, 2010, at10:00 AM, in Room 416 (Hearing Room 4), City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, SanFrancisco, CA  94102, to consider the following proposals:

ESTABLISH -- TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME
A. Junipero Serra Boulevard, east side, from Holloway Avenue to 23 feet southerly;

B. Junipero Serra Boulevard, east side, from Holloway Avenue to 23 feet northerly;

C. Holloway Avenue, south side, from Junipero Serra main roadway easterly to Junipero Serra access road; and

D.  Holloway Avenue, north side, from Junipero Serra main roadway easterly to Junipero Serra access road.

(These tow-away zones would be established in conjunction with the installation of new sidewalk bulb-outs at these locations.)

ESTABLISH -- NO PARKING, VEHICLES MORE THAN 6 FEET HIGH
Hyde Street, east side, from Greenwich Street to 48 feet southerly.

ESTABLISH -- NO U-TURN
Eucalyptus, eastbound, at Muni M-Line Crossing.

ESTABLISH -- RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" ELIGIBILITY
65 Buena Vista Avenue East.
(This would allow residents of 65 Buena Vista Avenue East to purchase Area S residential parking permits.  No new signage would be installed.)

ESTABLISH -- UNMETERED MOTORCYCLE PARKING
Brannan Street, north side, from 8 feet west of the property line of 610 Brannan Street to 17 feet westerly (between 644 Brannan's east most driveway and fire hydrant red zone); and
Brannan Street, north side, from 44 feet west of the property line of 610 Brannan Street to 19 feet westerly (between both driveways of 644 Brannan Street).
