CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. 20th Avenue south of Ortega Street - Angle Parking
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider the following:
A. Revoke 45-degree angled parking on the east side of 20th Avenue from Ortega Street to 144 feet southerly;
B. Establish a part-time, school bus loading zone, 8AM to 9:30AM and 3PM to
4:30PM school days, at 1900-20th Avenue, east side, from Ortega Street to 145 feet southerly;
C. Revoke 88-foot part-time, passenger loading zone (during business hours) on 19th Avenue, west side from 117 feet to 205 feet south of Ortega Street; and
D. Establish 20-foot yellow zone on 19th Avenue, west side, from 192 to 212 feet south of Ortega Street.
2. 10th Street, 500 Block - Parking Time Limit
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a "1-Hour Parking Time Limit,
7AM to 6PM, Monday through Saturday" on the west side of 10th Street between Bryant Street and Division Street.
3. Mission Street and Ocean Avenue - Tall Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a "No Parking Vehicles Over 6 Feet High" restriction on Mission Street, east side, between the two crosswalks at Ocean Avenue.
4. Miramar Avenue and Southwood Drive - Red Zone
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a red zone of 17 feet on
Miramar Avenue, west side, south of Southwood Drive.
5. Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street - Residential Permit Parking Extension
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish “Area Y Residential Permit Parking, 2-Hour Time Limit, 8AM to 10PM, Everyday,” on Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, east side, between Brannan Street and Townsend Street, adding 2 Townsend Street to Residential Permit Parking Area Y.
6. Clay Street, 2500 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to install parking meters (Area 3, 9AM to
6PM, Monday through Saturday) on the south side of Clay Street, from 106 feet west of Webster Street to 73 feet east of Fillmore Street.

2. Post Street at Octavia Street - Bus Zones
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider extending a 75-foot bus zone at the southwest corner of Post Street at Octavia Street an additional 25 feet westerly (total proposed length 100-feet).
3. Page Street at Octavia Boulevard - Bus Zones
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to:
A. Rescind bus zone on Page Street, south side, from Octavia Boulevard to
75 feet westerly;
B. Rescind bus zone on Page Street, south side, from Gough Street to 75 feet westerly; and
C. Establish bus zone on Page Street, south side, from Octavia Boulevard to 80 feet easterly.
4. 2640 Broadway Street - Red Zone
SFPD requests installation of red zones on the frontage of 2640 Broadway Street: 70 feet on the Broadway Street frontage and 40 feet on the Normandie Terrace frontage.
5. Linden Street, between Gough and Octavia Streets - Major Encroachment Permit
DPT requests ISCOTT review of landscaping, raised and colored pavement, granite seating and tree wells on this alley. Rescind parking on the south side of Linden Street from 50 feet west of Gough Street to Octavia Street. Establish parking on the north side of the block from 90 feet west of Gough Street to Octavia Street.
6. Evans Avenue and 3rd Street – Bus Zone
DPT recommends holding a Public Hearing to:
A. Establish a bus zone/terminal for the #44 line, on the south side of
Evans Street, from 3rd Street to 160 feet easterly; and
B. Shorten the bus zone on the north side of Evans Street, near the U.S. Post Office, from 180 to 100 feet.
