The Committee to adopt the Minutes.

Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT purview and are not on today’s agenda.

CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEMS)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Sanchez Street at Liberty Street - STOP Signs
DPT recommends installing STOP signs stopping Sanchez Street, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP.

2. Bella Vista Way at Los Palmos Drive - STOP Signs
DPT recommends installing a STOP sign on Bella Vista Way at Los Palmos Drive, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.

3. Minerva Street at Orizaba Avenue - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to: consider
A. Establishing a red zone on the east side of Orizaba Avenue, from MinervaStreet to 9 feet northerly;
B. Establishing a red zone on the south side of Minerva Street, from 18 feet east of the driveway of 354 Orizaba Avenue to 27 feet easterly; and
C. Establishing a red zone on the north side of Minerva Street, from Orizaba Avenue to 15 feet easterly.

4. Residential Permit Parking Extension – Area “L”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "L" to include Wood Street, both sides, between Geary Boulevard and Lupine Street (unit block) with a 2-hour time limit, 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

5. Residential Permit Parking Extensions – Area “S”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "S" to include the following blocks with a 2-hour time limit, 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday: Sanchez Street, both sides, between 22nd and Hill Streets (800 block); Noe Street, both sides, between 21st and 22nd Streets (800 blocks); and Hill Street, both sides, between Noe and Sanchez Streets (400 block).

6. Bartlett Street (100 Block) - Unmetered Motorcycle Parking
DPT recommends holding a public hearing to consider the installation of 4motorcycle parking spaces south of the driveway of 1125 Valencia Street (CityCollege's driveway is located on Bartlett Street).

2. Guy Place and Lansing Street - No Parking Anytime; Sidewalk Widening; Tree Islands
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Revoking "No Parking Any Time" on the south side of Guy Place, between 1st Street and Lansing Street;
B. Establishing "Tow Away No Stopping Any Time" on the north side of GuyPlace, between 1st Street and Lansing Street;
C. Widening the north sidewalk on Guy Place from existing 7 feet to 8 feet, effectively narrowing the roadway width from 21 feet to 20 feet; and
D. Construction of tree islands within the parking lane.

3. 25th Avenue and Balboa Street - Bus Zone
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a Bus Zone on 25thAvenue, on the northwest corner from Balboa Street to 100 feet northerly.

4. Union Square Area - Holiday Season Parking Restrictions
MTA provides the following informational items related to holiday season parking restrictions in the Union Square area between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day:
Tow Away No Stopping, 7 AM - 8 PM Everyday, O'Farrell Street, north side, Powell Street to Grant Avenue;
Tow-Away No Stopping, 8 AM - 8 PM Everyday, Stockton Street, east side, Campton Place to Geary Street; and Passenger Loading Only, 7 AM - 4 PM and 6 PM - 8 PM Monday-Friday, 7AM –‑ 8 PM Saturday and Sunday.

5. The Embarcadero, Jefferson, and Powell Streets - Streetcar-Only Lane
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding a "Right Lane Must Turn Right" regulation and establish a streetcar-only lane on the westbound approach of The Embarcadero, from Powell Street to 170 feet easterly.

6. Lake Merced Boulevard at South State Drive and at Font Boulevard
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "Right Lane Must Turn Right" on northbound Lake Merced Boulevard at South State Drive and at Font Boulevard.

7. Cesar Chavez Street at Folsom Street and at Harrison Street and Folsom Street at Precita Avenue - Corner Bulbs
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider the installation of eight, 6-foot wide bulb-outs at the following locations: southeast and southwest corners on Cesar Chavez Street at Folsom Street; southeast and southwest corners on Cesar Chavez at Harrison Street; and all corners of Folsom Street at Precita Avenue.

8. Castle Street between Union and Green Streets - Speed Hump
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider installing one speed hump on Castle Street between Union and Green Street.

9. Norfolk Street - Speed Hump
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider installing a speed hump on Norfolk Street between Folsom and Harrison Streets.

10. 21st Street, between Noe and Sanchez Streets - Speed Humps
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider installing two speed humps on this block of 21st Street.

11. Quint Street, north of Custer Avenue - Sidewalk Change
DPW presents proposal to narrow a 10-foot wide sidewalk to an 8-foot wide sidewalk on the east side of Quint Street, from 166 to 212 feet north of Custer Avenue, to allow for proper access to a high pressure fire hydrant.

12. Paloma Avenue, Cedro Avenue and Cerritos Avenue in Ingleside Terrace - Speed Humps
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider replacing outdated rumble strips/speed bumps with speed humps on:
A. Paloma Avenue between Ocean Avenue and Moncada Way;
B. Cedro Avenue between Ocean Avenueand Moncada Way; and
C. .Cerritos Avenue between Moncada and Mercedes Ways.

13. 25th Street, Clipper Street and Jersey Street - 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on:
A. 25th Street, between Dolores and Sanchez Streets;
B. Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Dolores Street; and
C. Jersey Street, between Castro and Church Streets.

14. Richland Avenue between Andover and Leese Streets - Speed Humps
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider installing a total of four speed humps, two each on:
A. Richland Avenue, between Andover and Murray Streets; and
B. Richland Avenue, between Murray and Leese Streets.
