All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. Charter Oak Avenue - Perpendicular Parking
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish Perpendicular Parking on the east side of Charter Oak Avenue from 135 to 373 feet south of Industrial Street (existing conditions). RO
2. Residential Permit Parking Extension – Area “H”
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider extending Area "H" to include Melba Avenue, both sides, between Eucalyptus Street and Ocean Avenue with a 2-hour time limit, 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday (unit block). KZ
3. Anza Street at 7th Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Anza Street at 7th Avenue, making this intersection an All-way STOP. CA
4. 29th Avenue and Santiago Street – Red Zone
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a visibility red zone on the south side of Santiago Street, from 29th Avenue to 20-feet westerly.
5. 735 - 7th Avenue (8th Avenue frontage) between Fulton and Cabrillo Streets Over - Wide Driveway Permit
DPW presents a request for an Over Wide Driveway on 8th Avenue for the truck loading docks at a newly remodeled Safeway store.

DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider: temporarily revoking the
7- 9AM and 4-7PM tow-away pursuant to Section 33.1 of the San Francisco Traffic Code. This change is recommended in conjunction with the Caltrans West Approach Project until January 31, 2008. CH
3. Elizabeth Street between Sanchez Street and Vicksburg Street – Speed Hump
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to install a speed hump on Elizabeth Street between Sanchez Street and Vicksburg Street. PL
4. Jersey Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3-tons) on Jersey Street, between Castro and Church Streets. RC
5. 25th Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3-tons) on 25th Street, between Dolores and Sanchez Streets. RC
6. Clipper Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Dolores Street. RC
7. McCoppin Street, Stevenson Street, Elgin Park, Pearl Street, Jessie Street and Valencia Street – Various Parking Changes
MTA recommends a Public Hearing to consider the following changes:
A. Establish red zones in conjunction with sidewalk bulbouts at the following locations:
i. Valencia Street, west side, from 15 feet north of the property line on the northwest property line at McCoppin Street to 35 feet south of that property line.
ii. Valencia Street, west side, from 130 to 170 feet south of Duboce Avenue;Valencia Street, east side, from 148 to 188 feet south of Duboce Avenue.
iii. Valencia Street, west side, from 330 to 370 feet south of Duboce Avenue.
iv. Valencia Street, east side, from 385 to 425 feet south of Duboce Avenue.
v. McCoppin Street, south side, from Stevenson Street to 25 feet easterly.
vi. McCoppin Street, south side, from Jessie Street to 25 feet westerly.
B. Establish perpendicular (90-degree) parking on McCoppin Street, south side, from 25 feet east of Stevenson Street to 25 feet west of Jessie Street.
C. Establish “Tow-Away No Parking Anytime” on:
i. Jessie Street, west side, from McCoppin Street to 110 feet southerly.
ii. Stevenson Street, east side, from McCoppin Street to 220 feet southerly.
iii. Elgin Park, west side, from Duboce Avenue to 112 feet northerly.
D. Rescind “No Parking Anytime” on:
i. Jessie Street, east side, from McCoppin Street to 40 feet southerly.
ii. Stevenson Street, west side, from McCoppin Street to 160 feet southerly.
iii. Elgin Park, east side, from Duboce Avenue to 50 feet northerly.
8. Guy Place and Lansing Street - No Parking Anytime; Sidewalk Widening;
Tree Islands
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider:
A. Revoking "No Parking Any Time" on the south side of Guy Place, between 1st Street and Lansing Street;
B. Establishing "Tow Away No Stopping Any Time" on the north side of Guy Place, between 1st Street and Lansing Street; and
C. Widening the north sidewalk on Guy Place from existing 7 feet to 8 feet
effectively.
