ITEMS ON HOLD

1. 25th Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on 25th Street, between Dolores and Sanchez Streets.

2. Clipper Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Dolores Street.

All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar, are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. 1. Naglee Avenue at Huron Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Naglee Avenue at Huron Avenue, making this intersection an all-way STOP.

2. Upper Terrace at Buena Vista Avenue East/West - STOP Sign
DPT recommends a STOP sign on Upper Terrace at Buena Vista Avenue East/West, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.

3. 26th Street at York Street - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping 26th Street at York Street, making this intersection an all-way STOP.

4. 15th Street at Minna and Natoma Streets; Adair Street at South Van Ness Avenue - STOP Signs
Pursuant to Section 61a of the Traffic Code, DPT recommends STOP signs stopping:
A. Minna Street at 15th Street;
B. Natoma Street at 15th Street; and

2. First and Harrison Streets - Crosswalk
Pursuant to Section 33.1 of the Traffic Code and until permanent legislation is adopted, DPT recommends re-opening the eastern segment of the south crosswalk and keeping the crosswalk segment across the First Street I-80 BayBridge On-Ramp closed.

3. First and Harrison Streets- Right Turn Only
Pursuant to 33.1 of the Traffic Code and until permanent legislation is adopted, DPT recommends establishing a "Right Turn Only" restriction for northbound motorists exiting from the One Rincon Hill Tower on First Street.

4. 10th and Howard Streets, Crosswalk Closure - Rescind
DPT recommends:
A. Rescinding crosswalk closure on the south side of 10th Street at Howard Street; and
B. Rescinding multiple left turn lane on Howard Street at 10th Street.

5. Bancroft Avenue and Mendell Street - Sidewalk
DPW requests ISCOTT review of proposal to change official sidewalk width on the easterly side of Mendell Street north of Bancroft Avenue and on the northerly side of Bancroft Avenue east of Mendell Street.

6. 301 - 14th Avenue (along 14th Ave and Clement Street frontages) - Pipe Barrier Permit
DPW presents a request to install bollards along the west side of 14th Avenue (between Clement Street and Geary Boulevard) and on the south side of Clement Street (between 14th and 15th Avenues).

7. Avenue of the Palms, Treasure Island Gate - Bus Zones
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Establishing a bus zone on Avenue of the Palms, west side, from the Treasure Island Gate to 78 feet southerly; and
B. Establishing a bus zone on Avenue of the Palms, east side, from the Treasure Island Gate to 77 feet southerly.

8. Kearny Street, 1000 Block - Bus Zones
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding MUNI bus stop (6:30 AM-6:30PM, Monday-Friday) on the east side of Kearny Street between Pacific Avenue and Nottingham Place;
B. Establishing MUNI bus stop (6:00 AM-7:30 PM, Monday-Friday) on the east side of Kearny Street between Pacific Avenue and Nottingham Place; and
C. Rescinding part-time passenger loading zone (6:30 PM-2 AM, everyday) on the east side of Kearny Street, from 11-feet south of Nottingham Place to 44feet southerly.

9. Guy Place and Lansing Street - No Parking Anytime; Tree Islands
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "No Parking Any Time" on the south side of Guy Place, between 1st Street and Lansing Street;
B. Establishing "Tow Away No Stopping Any Time” on the north side of Guy Place, between 1st Street and Lansing Street;
C. Establishing "Tow Away No Stopping Any Time" on the east side of Guy Place from Lansing Street to 25 feet northerly;
D. Rescinding "No Parking Any Time" on the north side of Lansing Street from Guy Place to 46 feet easterly;
E. Establishing "Tow Away No Stopping Any Time" on the north side of Lansing Street from Guy Place to 25 feet easterl; and
F. Construction of tree islands within the parking lane.

10. McCoppin Street, Stevenson Street, Elgin Park, Jessie Street and Valencia Street - Red Zones, Perpendicular Parking, Parking Changes
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider the following changes:
A. Establishing red zones in conjunction with sidewalk bulbouts at the following locations:
i. Valencia Street, west side, from 15 feet north of the property line on the northwest property line at McCoppin Street to 39 feet south of that property line;
ii. Valencia Street, west side, from 118 feet to 164 feet south of Duboce Avenue;
iii. Valencia Street, east side, from 176 feet to 221 feet south of Duboce Avenue;
iv. Valencia Street, west side, from 319 feet to 364 feet south of Duboce Avenue;
v. Valencia Street, east side, from 378 feet to 422 feet south of Duboce Avenue;
vi. McCoppin Street, south side, from Stevenson Street to 25 feet easterly; and,
vii. McCoppin Street, south side, from Jessie Street to 25 feet westerly.
B. Establishing perpendicular (90-degree) parking on McCoppin Street, south side, from 25 feet east of Stevenson Street to 25 feet west of Jessie Street.
C. Establishing “Tow-Away No Parking Anytime” on:
i. Jessie Street, west side, from McCoppin Street to 108 feet southerly;
ii. Stevenson Street, east side, from McCoppin Street to 228 feet southerly; and
iii. Elgin Park, west side, from Duboce Avenue to 114 feet northerly;
D. Rescinding “No Parking Anytime” on:
i. Jessie Street, east side, from McCoppin Street to 40 feet southerly;
ii. Stevenson Street, west side, from McCoppin Street to 160 feet southerly; and
iii. Elgin Park, east side, from Duboce Avenue to 46 feet northerly.

11. Harrison Street, eastbound at Essex Street – No Right Turn on Red – Establish
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a “No Right Turn on Red, Monday- Friday, 3 -7 PM.”

12. Temporary Transbay Transit Center- Various Items
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider the following changes in pursuant to Section 33.1 of the San Francisco Traffic Code. These changes are recommended until December 31, 2012, in conjunction with the Temporary Transbay Transit Center construction:
A. Folsom Street:
i. One Way – Rescind
Between Essex and Main Streets;
ii. Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime - Establish
North side, between 2nd and Main Streets; and
