ISCOTT AGENDAINTERDEPARTMENTAL STAFF COMMITTEE Meeting of February 23, 2012 - Thursday, 9:00 AM MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 9, 2012 MEETING (ACTION ITEM) The Committee to adopt the Minutes. PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT purview and are not on today’s agenda. ISCOTT REGULAR MEETINGS (ACTION ITEM): It has come to our attention that as a policy board pursuant to the San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 67 Sec. 67.6, ISCOTT is required to establish by “resolution or motion the time and place for holding regular meetings.” While the time and days of ISCOTT meetings were codified in the Minutes of the May 14, 1959 ISCOTT meeting, the location was not. ISCOTT meetings are to be held at One South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, Room # 7080, on the second and fourth Thursday of each month with the exception of the months of November and December. In November, there will be only one meeting of ISCOTT on the second Thursday of the month. In December, the ISCOTT meetings will move to the first and third Thursdays of the month.
