The Committee adopted the Minutes.

Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT purview and are not on today’s agenda. No public comment.

CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEMS)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar, are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. 900 Block Pennsylvania Avenue – 90-degree Parking, 4-hr time limit
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing the following:
A. 90-degree Parking
4-hr time limit, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday - Establish
Pennsylvania Avenue, west side, 300 feet southerly from 23rd Street (along the frontage of the San Francisco Food Bank ); and

B. 4-hr time limit, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Pennsylvania Avenue, east side, 535 feet southerly from 23rd Street (along the frontage of California Mini Storage and across from the Food Bank).

2. Jerrold Avenue and Napoleon Street - Red Zone
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing red zones at:
A. East side of Napoleon street, 9 feet northerly from Jerrold Avenue; and
B. North side of Jerrold Avenue, 10 feet easterly from Napoleon Street.

3. Fillmore Street at Ellis Street - Red Zone
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a red zone on the west side of Fillmore Street 29 feet northerly from Ellis Street north crosswalk.

4. Residential Permit Parking Area “T” – Time Change
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding Residential Permit Parking Area "T,” 4-hr time limit, 8 AM to 3PM, Monday Through Friday; and
B. Establishing Residential Permit Parking Area "T," 2-hr time limit, 8 AM to 6PM, Monday Through Friday on:
a. Ulloa Street, both sides, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Woodside Avenue;
b. Sydney Way, both sides, between Portola Drive and Ulloa Street; and
c. Idora Avenue, both sides, between Laguna Honda Boulevard and Woodside Avenue.

5. Pennsylvania Avenue and Cesar Chavez Street - Yield
SFMTA recommends replacing STOP sign with YIELD control facing southbound Pennsylvania Avenue right turn at Cesar Chavez Street, under Traffic Code Section 14.1.

6. Hudson Street - Perpendicular Parking
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing 90-degree parking on Hudson Street, north side, from Mendell Street to the east property line of 1412 Hudson Avenue.

a) The sponsor pays for the cost of 10-B SFPD officers and Parking Control Offiers (PCO’s) at least 10 days in advance of the event;
b) The sponsor follows conditions imposed by the SFPD for safety control and implements improved barricade plan to ensure access for Harrington’s and MacDonald’s’
c) The sponsor provides two additional porta-toilets, both in the parking lane in front of the Embarcadero Center on Front Street, north of Sacramento Street;
d) The sound permit is from 5 PM to 8:30 PM only. The Entertainment Commission will monitor the sound to ensure that the decibel levels are in compliance with the sound permit. They will provide a written report after the event;
e) The sponsor shall provide SFPD Central Station Command Staff with the cell phone number of the person in charge of the sound during the event; and
f) The SFPD will start the closure at 3:30 PM to accommodate the setup of barricades in front of Harrington’s Bar & Grill.

B. Clarendon Avenue, east side, between Oak Park Lane and Panorama Drive - Install Sidewalk
C. Clarendon Avenue at Panorama Drive - Sidewalk Bulb and Red (No Parking Anytime) Zones, on the west side at south crosswalk.

3. Sansome Street at Bush Street - Tow-Away
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing "Tow-Away NoStopping, 7 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday," on the east side of Sansome Street from Bush Street to 45 feet northerly.

4. Shaw Street between Mission and Minna Streets – Additional Street Space
SFMTA presents a request to temporarily close Shaw Alley for the duration of construction (about 3 years) at 535 Mission Street.

5. Battery Street at Broadway - Bulb-Out
DPW is requesting ISCOTT approval of a 7-foot wide sidewalk bulb-out at the northeast corner of Broadway, from Battery Street to 70 feet easterly.
APPROVED.

6. Carter Street, from Geneva Avenue to San Francisco City and County Line - Speed Limit
SFMTA recommends an ordinance to establish a 30 MPH speed limit on Carter Street, between Geneva Avenue to San Francisco City and County Line.
APPROVED.

7. Hyde Street, east side unit block; and McAllister Street, south side, from Hyde Street to 300 feet easterly
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider expanding the area included in Traffic Code Section 32.6.34 to include the east side of Hyde Street from Fulton Street to 123 feet southerly and the south side of McAllister Street from Hyde Street to 300 feet easterly for truck parking on Wednesdays and Sundays.

8. Page and Webster - Red Zone (for corner bulbs)
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing No Parking Anytime in the following locations to allow the construction of 4-corner bulbs:
a) Page St, north side, from Webster St to 25' easterly;
b) Webster St, east side, from Page St to 25' northerly;
c) Page St, north side, from Webster St to 25' westerly;
d) Webster St, west side, from Page St to 25' northerly;
e) Page St, south side, from Webster St to 25' westerly;
f) Webster St, west side, from Page St to 25' southerly;
g) Page St, south side, from Webster St to 25' easterly; and
h) Webster St, east side, from Page St to 25' southerly.
