 CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
 1. Residential Permit Parking Extension - Area “R”DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "R" to include Ivy Street, both sides, between Buchanan and Webster Streets (signs will only be posted on the north side because of NPAT on the south side) and Webster Street, east side, between Ivy and Grove Streets with a 2-HR time limit, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
 2. 10th Avenue and Irving Street - STOP Signs Within 2 Blocks of a SchoolDPT recommends STOP signs stopping Irving Street at 10th Avenue, making this intersection an all-way STOP under Section 61A of the San Francisco Traffic Code.
 3. 17th and Hampshire Streets - STOP Sign DPT recommends STOP sign stopping Hampshire Street at 17th Street, the stem of this "T" intersection.
 4. 25th and Minnesota Street - STOP Signs DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Minnesota Street at 25th Street, making this uncontrolled intersection a two-way STOP.
 5. 15th Street and San Bruno Avenue - Parking Time LimitDPT recommends a public hearing to legislate 2-HR parking, 7 AM - 6 PM, Except Saturday and Sunday on San Bruno Avenue, east side, between 15th and Alameda Streets, and on15th Street, both sides, between San Bruno Avenue and Vermont Street.
 6. Orizaba Avenue and Sagamore Street - Red Zone DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a red zone of 20 feet on Orizaba Avenue, west side, at Sagamore Street AND a red zone of 20 feet on Sagamore Street, north side, at Orizaba Avenue.

Public safety will be the key factor in determining the exact time and location of these various street closures.)

 2. Esmeralda and Holladay Avenues - Encroachment Permit DPW requests ISCOTT review of a proposed encroachment permit to construct a privately-maintained driveway at this intersection of two paper streets.
 3. Shaw Alley, between Minna and Mission Streets - Street Closure DPT recommends a public hearing to consider closing Shaw Alley between Mission and Minna Streets, between 11 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday, for tables and chairs permit.
 4. Bryant Street at 6th Street - Bus Zones  DPT recommends a public hearing to consier:
 A. Establishing bus zone on Bryant Street, south side, from 6th Street to 106feet easterly; and
 B. Rescinding bus zone on Bryant Street, south side, from 6th Street to 71 feet westerly.
 5. 11th, Harrison, Bryant Streets - ParkingDPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing signed "2 Hour Parking, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday" on:
 A. 11th Street, both sides, from Harrison Street to Bryant Street (replaces meters on the east side of the street);
 B. Harrison Street, both sides, from 10th Street to 11th Street (replaces meters on the south side of the street); and
 C. Bryant Street, both sides, from 10th Street to 11th Street (repalces meters on the north side of the street).
 6. Geary Boulevard at Masonic Avenue - Tow-Away No Stopping DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime" on the south side of Geary Boulevard from Masonic Avenue frontage road to 70 feet westerly (removes parking meter #2703).
 7. Haight and Page Streets - Lane for Transit DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing:
 A. "Tow-Away No Stopping, 7 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday" on the south side of Haight Street from Buchanan to Laguna Streets;
 B. "Left Lane Must Turn Left, 7 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday" on eastbound Haight Street at Laguna Street;
 C. "Tow-Away No Stopping, 7 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday" on the south side of Page Street from Laguna Street to Octavia Boulevard; and
 D. "Tow-away Lane Must Turn Right Except Transit" on eastbound Page Street at Octavia Boulevard.
 8. Laguna and Page Streets - Tow-Away No Stopping DPT recommends establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime" over existing red zone on:
 A. Page Street, south side, from Laguna Street to 20 feet easterly; and
 B. Laguna Street, east side, from Page Street to 21 feet southerly.
 9. Citywide - Employer's Bus Stands DPT recommends rescinding San Francisco Police Code Sections 1170 and 1171 concerning now obsolete procedures for the establishment of "Employer's Bus Stands."
 10. Main and Howard Streets – VariousMUNI requests a public hearing to consider the following changes. These items are related to the establishment of a new Muni route, the #20 Columbus:
 A. Rescinding “6-Wheel Truck Loading, 9:30 AM To 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday” on Main Street, east side, from 82 feet to 227 feet north of Howard Street (145-foot zone);
 B. Establishing “Part-Time Bus Zone, 5 AM To 7:30 PM, Monday Through Friday” on Main Street, east side, from 82 feet to 227 feet north of Howard Street (145-foot zone); and
 C. Establishing “Part-Time Bus Zone, 7 AM To 9:30 AM, Monday Through Friday” on Howard Street, north side, from 18 feet to 102 feet west of NewMontgomery Street (84-foot zone at parking meters #638, 640, 642 and 644).
