CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEMS)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. Bella Vista Way at Dorcas Way and Sequoia Way - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Establishing a red zone on the south side of Bella Vista Way, from DorcasWay to 10 feet westerly; and
B. Establising a red zone on the north side of Bella Vista Way, from SequoiaWay to 20 feet easterly.
2. Holyoke Street at Ankeny Street - Tow-Away, No Parking Anytime
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing "Tow-Away NoParking Any Time" on the south side of Holyoke Street, from Ankeny Street to 120 feet easterly.
3. 5th Street at Harrison Street - Tow-Away
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping" on the west side of 5th Street, from Harrison Street to 120 feet southerly.
4. 5th Street at Mission Street – Left Turns
DPT recommends exempting Buses and Taxis from existing “No Left Turn, 7 AM to 7 PM, Everyday.”
5. Van Ness Avenue, 300 and 400 Blocks – Vanpool Parking
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding Vanpool Parking Only, 6 AM to 9 AM, Monday through Friday, on the east side of Van Ness Avenue, from McAllister Street to Grove Street.
6. Belgrave Avenue - Residential Permit Parking Extension Area “J”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "J" to include Belgrave Avenue, both sides, from west of Stanyan Street to the eastern terminus with a 2-hour time limit, 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday (Unit, 100 and 200 blocks).
7. 21st Street - Residential Permit Parking Extension Area “Z”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "Z" to include 21st Street, both sides, between Noe and Sanchez Streets with a 2-hour time limit, 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday (3700 block).
8. Hill Street - Residential Permit Parking Extension Area “I”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "I" to include Hill Street, both sides, between Guerrero and Valencia Streets with a 2-hour time limit, 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday (Unit block).
9. Fulton Street - Residential Permit Parking Extension Area “N”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "N" to include the 3800 block of Fulton Street, north side, between 14th and 15th Avenues. Note: No signs will be posted on the block, but residents will be eligible for permits.
10. La Playa Street, 700 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "Parking Meters, Area No. 3 (30-minute and 1-hour parking time limits, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday)" on the eastside of La Playa Street.
11. Beale Street at Bryant Street – Tow-away No Stopping
DPT recommends considering temporarily establishing a “Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime” on Beale Street, west side, from Bryant Street to 50 feet northerly under section 33.1 of the Traffic Code.

DPW seeks ISCOTT review of a proposed Sensu (fan) element to be placed in the median of Webster Street as part of the Japantown History Walk.
3. Mission Street between 3rd and 4th Streets - Traffic Signal
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider installing a new traffic signal on Mission Street, mid-block between 3rd and 4th Streets.
4. Mission Street at 11th Street - Bus Zones
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a Bus Zone on Mission Street on the southwest corner from 11th Street to 120 feet westerly.
5. Texas Street at 22nd Street - Red Zone
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending the red zone on the east side of Texas Street, from 22nd Street to 20 feet northerly (from 14 feet to 34 feet), for Muni turning clearance.
6. 25th Avenue, between Fulton and Lake Streets – Lane Reduction, Bus Zones
MTA presents to consider a plan to reconfigure 25th Avenue from four lanes (two in each direction) to three lanes (one in each direction with a center turn lane). The following parking and traffic changes are included in the plan:
A. Deleting pole stops at Anza and Cabrillo Streets;
B. Establishing a 100-foot near-side bus zone on the southeast corner of 25thAvenue and Balboa Street (replaces existing pole stop);
C. Establishing an 80-foot far-side bus zone on the southwest corner of 25thAvenue and Balboa Street (replaces existing pole stop); and
D. Rescinding "No Left Turns, 11 AM - 7 PM, Everyday" for northbound 25thAvenue at Geary Boulevard.
7. Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues - Street Closure
City Planning presents for information only a proposal to close Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues to motor vehicle traffic.
