ITEM ON HOLD
1. 301 - 14th Avenue (along 14th Avenue and Clement Street frontages) - Pipe Barrier Permit
DPW presents a request to install bollards along the west side of 14th Avenue (between Clement Street and Geary Boulevard) and on the south side of Clement Street (between 14th and 15th Avenues).

CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEMS)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or, if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Residential Permit Parking Extension – Area “Z”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area "Z" to include 28th Street, both sides, between Church and Dolores Streets (100 block) with a 2‑hour time limit, 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

2. 25th Street and Wisconsin Street - STOP Sign
DPT recommends a STOP sign stopping eastbound 25th Street at Wisconsin Street, making this a two-way STOP, under Section 61A of the traffic code.

2. 25th Street – 3-Ton Vehicle Restriction

DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to establish a vehicle weight restriction (over 3 tons) on Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Dolores Street.

4. Rivera Street at 46th Avenue - Part-Time Bus Zones
MTA recommends a public hearing to consider stablishing a part-time bus zone, from 5 AM to 7 PM, Monday - Friday, on Rivera Street, south side, from 46thAvenue to 98 feet westerly.
APPROVED.

5. The Embarcadero at Pier 33 (Bay Street) - Sidewalk Modification
Port of San Francisco presents for ISCOTT review a proposal to cut back sidewalk bulb along the frontage of Pier 33 to allow for parking and loading activities.
