d) Signs are placed on the barricades at the two intersections of San Bruno Avenue at 16th and 17th Streets with a “NOT A THRU STREET/UPS TEMPORARY PARKING” sign.

c) The sponsor works with the hotels on the 600 block of Ellis street to allow for shuttle and tax access.  Monitors to be provided by the sponsor;

d) The sponsor develops a plan to control fire cracker abuse including warning signage that fire crackers will be confiscated and provides adequate volunteer to implement the plan;

e) The sponsor complies with the SFFD requirements regarding the fireworks display; and

f) New site plan to be submitted by December 8, 2008.
