All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Federal Street at Rincon Street - Minor Sidewalk Change

DPW requests ISCOTT review of sidewalk proposal that adds a 21-foot long transition to the 4.0 to 7.5 foot sidewalk width change on the south side of Federal Street west of Rincon Street.

2. Anza Vista Avenue Baker Street – STOP Signs

DPT recommends installation of STOP signs stopping Anza Vista Avenue at Baker Street, stopping the stem of this T-intersection.

c) The sponsor provides two additional porta-toilets, both in the parking lane in front of the Embarcadero Center on Front Street, north of Sacramento Street;

d) The sound permit is from 5 PM to 8:30 PM only. The Entertainment Commission will monitor the sound to ensure that the decibel levels are in compliance with the sound permit. They will provide a written report after the event;

e) The sponsor shall provide Central Station command staff with the cell phone# of the person in charge of the sound during the event; and

f) The SFPD will start the closure at 3:30 PM to accommodate the setup of barricades in front of Harrington’s Bar & Grill.

DPT recommends a public hearing to consider the following changes:

A. Esablishing “Right Turn Only onto Carter Street" for eastbound Walbridge Street;

B. Rescinding "No Turn on Red" for eastbound Geneva Avenue; and

C. Establishing "Tow-Away No Stopping Anytime" on Geneva Avenue, south side, from Carter Street to 100 feet westerly.

The Port requests ISCOTT review of a Tour Bus Loading Zone for pick-up and drop-off activity in the Fisherman's Wharf area.

5. Mason Street, west side, from Jefferson Street to 40 feet southerly - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime

MTA recommends a public hearing to consider prohibiting parking on the west side of Mason Street south of Jefferson Street in order to accommodate buses turning left onto Mason Street.

6. Market Street, north side, west of Castro Street - Tow-Away, No Stopping Anytime

DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing "Tow-Away, NoStopping Anytime" on Market Street, north side, from 45 feet to 132 feet west of Castro Street (an 87-foot zone).

7. 39th Avenue and Geary Boulevard - Bus Zones

DPT recommends a public hearing to:

A. Rescind a bus zone on Geary Boulevard, north side, from 39th Avenue to 80feet westerly; and

B. Establish a bus zone on Geary Boulevard, north side, from 40thAvenue to 120feet easterly.

8. 40th Avenue and Geary Boulevard - STOP Signs

DPT recommends establishing All-Way STOP control at the intersection of 40thAvenue and Geary Boulevard.

9. Ulloa Street between West Portal Avenue and Claremont Boulevard – Temporary Bus Zone 9 PM to 1 AM, Monday thru Friday

Pursuant to Section 33.1 of the Traffic Code and until the re-wiring of the overhead lines between Market Street and West Portal Avenue is complete, Muni requests a temporary Bus Zone on Ulloa Street, south side, from west Portal Avenue to Claremont Boulevard (approximately 120 feet long) 9 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday. This is needed for about one year.
