CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Residential Permit Parking Extension – Area “W”
SFMTA requests a public hearing to consider establishing Residential Permit Parking Area "W" on Florida Street between 23rd and 24th Streets (1100 block), both sides, with a 2-Hr time limit, 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday Through Friday.
2. Ney Street, 200 Block - One-Way Street
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider converting the Ney Street between Trumbull and Congdon Streets from two-way to one-way westbound.
3. Carl at Clayton Streets - STOP Signs
SFMTA recommends installing a STOP sign on Carl Street at Clayton Street, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.
4. Vicksburg Street at 25th Street - STOP Signs
SFMTA recommends installing a STOP sign on Vicksburg Street at 25th Street, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.

REGULAR CALENDAR
1. 1700 Block Newcomb Avenue, between Newhall and Phelps Streets - Chicane, Perpendicular Parking, Parallel Parking, Red Zones
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider establishing angle parking and red zone changes on this block in conjunction with mid-block curb side islands. The changes are as follows:
A. Perpendicular Parking - Establish
a) Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Newhall Street to 122 feet westerly; and
b) Newcomb Avenue, south side, from Phelps Street to 215 feet easterly;
B. Perpendicular Parking - Revoke
a) Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Newhall Street to 123 feet westerly; and
b) Newcomb Avenue, north side, from Phelps Street to 218 feet easterly;
C. Red Zones - Establish
a) Newcomb Avenue, north side, from 123 feet to 135 feet westerly from Newhall Street; and
b) Newcomb Avenue, north side, from 371 feet to 382 feet westerly from Newhall Street; and
c) Newcomb Avenue, south side, from 215 feet to 237 feet easterly from Phelps Street; and
d) Newcomb Avenue, south side, from 467 feet to 479 feet easterly from Phelps Street.

2. Haight and Laguna Streets - Tow-Away
SFMTA recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rerouting the MUNI 71L inbound bus during the morning rush hour to turn right from Haight Street to Laguna Street, proceed south on Laguna Street, and then turn left on Market Street; and
B Establishing "Tow-away No Stopping Anytime, 7 AM to 9 AM, Monday Through Friday" on the east and west sides of Laguna Street from Haight Street to 20 feet southerly (loss of two parking spaces during AM peak).

3. 24th and Dolores Streets - No Turn on Red
SFMTA recommends establishing "No Turn on Red" regulation facing eastbound 24th Street at Dolores Street (due to sight distance restriction).

4. Shaw Street between Mission and Minna Streets – Additional Street Space
SFMTA presents a request to temporarily close Shaw Street for the duration of construction (about 2 years) at 535 Mission Street.
