b) Payment for DPT including advance signing and enforcement personnel is due July 1, 2008;
c) The sponsor pays for the cost of advance signing of Haight and 16th Streets and The Embarcadero and detour signing on the day of the event;
d) The sponsor pays for the cost of rerouting any impacted electric bus lines;
e) The sponsor submits a final site plan for the start/finish by July 1, 2008;
f) The sponsor publicizes the event through the newspaper and other media indicating the streets that are open; and
g) The sponsor improves the traffic control in the vicinity of Geary Boulevard, 26th Avenue, 27th Avenue and Clement Street and works with the church to improve outreach and distribution of the traffic plan.
