The Committee adopted the Minutes.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Edward Mason expressed concerns of the traffic impacts to MUNI caused by Carnaval Parade and suggested a post event evaluation be made to improve conditions for future events.
CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. 20th Avenue south of Ortega Street - Angle Parking
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to consider the following:
A. Revoke 45-degree angled parking on the east side of 20th Avenue from Ortega Street to 144 feet southerly;
B. Establish a part-time, school bus loading zone, 8AM to 9:30AM and 3PM to 4:30PM school days, at 1900-20th Avenue, east side, from Ortega Street to 145 feet southerly;
C. Revoke 88-foot part-time, passenger loading zone (during business hours) on 19th Avenue, west side from 117 feet to 205 feet south of Ortega Street; and
D. Establish 20-foot yellow zone on 19th Avenue, west side, from 192 to 212 feet south of Ortega Street.
2. 10th Street, 500 Block - Parking Time Limit
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a "1-Hour Parking Time Limit, 7AM to 6PM, Monday through Saturday" on the west side of 10th Street between Bryant Street and Division Street.
3. Mission Street and Ocean Avenue - Tall Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a "No Parking Vehicles Over 6 Feet High" restriction on Mission Street, east side, between the two crosswalks at Ocean Avenue.
4. Miramar Avenue and Southwood Drive - Red Zone
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish a red zone of 17 feet on Miramar Avenue, west side, south of Southwood Drive.
5. Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street - Residential Permit Parking Extension
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to establish “Area Y Residential Permit Parking, 2-Hour Time Limit, 8AM to 10PM, Everyday,” on Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, east side, between Brannan Street and Townsend Street, adding 2Townsend Street to Residential Permit Parking Area Y.
6. Clay Street, 2500 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a Public Hearing to install parking meters (Area 3, 9AM to 6PM, Monday through Saturday) on the south side of Clay Street, from 106 feet west of Webster Street to 73 feet east of Fillmore Street.

b) Booths along 18th Street should be spaced in such a way hat they conform to the map submitted to ISCOTT. The sponsors are responsible for working with their vendors to ensure the space remains clear. This is clearly shown on the map;
c) Market is the first street to be re-opened;
d) There are at least 50 portable bathrooms with a minimum of 6wheelchair accessible toilets;
e) There are special permits provided for residential access and parking;
f) The sponsor pays for DPT advance signing costs;
g) The “F” Line street car is allowed to proceed west on Market Street to Noe and 17th Streets;
h) Chalk is used by the sponsor to make all markings on the streets and sidewalks;
i) The sponsor continues to work with the various community and neighborhood groups to resolve any ongoing issues;
j) There is a general meeting with various City agencies including SFPD, DPT, DPW, SFFD and MUNI to coordinate final plans for this event. The sponsor is responsible for convening this meeting;
k) The intersection of Diamond and Market Streets shall remain open; and
l) The cost of all substitutions of MUNI electric lines by motor coaches caused by the Castro Street Fair shall be paid by the sponsor.

Establish parking on the north side of the block from 90 feet west of Gough Street to Octavia Street.

DPT recommends holding a Public Hearing to:
