b) There should be no encroachment on the sidewalk or on the buildings even during setup and breakdown times;

c) Due to ongoing construction and renovation of building on Maiden Lane, there may be times when the permit holders will be asked to alter their permit hours or days to accommodate construction schedules;

d) If A-frame display units are being used then there must be a base surrounding any part of the frame that borders a path of travel. This will allow for a person with a walking cane to detect the structure.
