All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
1. Residential Permit Parking Extension - Area “X”
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider including the addresses of 1550‑1562 22nd Street to be eligible for Area "X" permits on adjacent streets. No signs will be installed on the street because of the No Parking Anytime on both sides, but residents of these 4 units will be eligible for permits.
2. Delano Avenue and Santa Ynez Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Delano Avenue at Santa Ynez Avenue, making this two-way STOP controlled intersection an all-way STOP.
3. Delano Avenue and San Juan Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Delano Avenue at San Juan Avenue, making this intersection an all-way STOP.
4. Otsego Avenue and Santa Ynez Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends STOP signs stopping Santa Ynez Avenue at Otsego Avenue, making this two-way STOP controlled intersection an all-way STOP.
5. 950 Hollister Avenue - Pipe Barriers
DPW requests ISCOTT review of Pipe Barriers on the sidewalk at 950 Hollister Avenue, in front of the entrance to Brett Harte Elementary School and a day care center.
6. Gough Street between Geary Boulevard and Golden Gate Avenue - Parking Time Limit
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "1 Hour Parking Time Limit, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday," on the east side of Gough Street from Geary Boulevard to Ellis Street; and
B. Rescinding "1 Hour Parking Time Limit, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday" on the west side of Gough Street, from Eddy Street to Golden Gate Avenue.

5. Hudson Avenue, east of Ardath Court - Median Island
MTA recommends constructing a median island on Hudson Avenue, east of Ardath Court.

6. Laurel Street, 500 Block - Tow-Away Lane - Rescind
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "Tow-Away No Stopping, 4 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday" on the east side of Laurel Street between California Street and Mayfair Drive.

7. Clementina Street and Gallagher Lane - Parking Restrictions
DPT recommends holding a public hearing to consider establishing Towaway, No Parking, 7 PM to 6 AM, Daily, on (1) Clementina Street, south side, from Gallagher Lane to 5th Street, (2) Gallagher Lane, west side, from 20 feet north of Clementina Street to Tehama Street and (3) Gallagher Lane, east side, from Clementina Street to 20 feet south of Tehama Street.

8. Traffic Signals – Various
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider installing traffic signals at the following locations:
16th and DeHaro Streets;
30th Avenue and Lincoln Way;
Brotherhood Way west of Chumasero Drive; and
Powell and Washington Streets.

9. Bayshore Boulevard- Various
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Constructing new traffic signal at Bayshore Boulevard, future Home Depot driveway (750 feet north of north property line of Cortland Avenue);
B. Establishing a “Right Turn Only” from the driveway of the Jack in the Box restaurant located on the west side of 370 Bayshore Boulevard in the proposed intersection to be signalized; and
C. Establishing a left turn lane for southbound traffic on Bayshore Boulevard for making a left turn into the Home Depot driveway.

10. Citywide Parking
DPT recommends amending the Traffic Code to formally exempt the following vehicles from parking time limits, residential permit parking and parking meters: utility vehicles working on the street, City and County of San Francisco vehicles, diplomatic corps vehicles and garbage and recycling collection vehicles under contract with the City.
