CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Masonic Avenue, 200 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "Parking Meters, Area No. 3, (2-hour parking time limit, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday)" on the east side of Masonic Avenue.

2. Townsend Street, 660 Block - Parking Meters
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing parking meters (Area 2, 2-hour parking time limit, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday) on the south side of Townsend Street, between 7th and 8th Streets, on portions where parking is not prohibited.

3. 11th Street, between Market and Mission Streets - Parking Time Limit
DPT recommends changing the existing time limit on both sides of the street from 1-hour to 2-hour.

4. 20th Avenue and Moraga Street - STOP Signs
DPT recommends the installation of STOP signs stopping 20th Avenue at Moraga Street.

3. Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues - Street Closure
City Planning presents for information only a proposal to close Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues to motor vehicle traffic.

4. Stockton Street - Various
DPT/DPW recommends a public hearing to consider the following items:
A. Establish bulb-outs at the most congested areas on Stockton Street at the following locations:
a) Stockton Street, east side, from approximately 40 feet north of Jackson Street to 83 feet northerly;
b) Stockton Street, west side, from Jackson Street to approximately 84 feet northerly;
c) Stockton Street, east side, from Pacific Avenue to approximately 109 feet northerly; and
d) Stockton Street, west side, from approximately 86 feet north of Pacific Avenue to 26 feet northerly; and
B. Establish additional red curbs at the following locations:
a) Stockton Street., east side, from 40 feet north of Jackson Street to 83 feet northerly;
b) Stockton Street, west side, from Jackson Street to 85 feet northerly;
c) Stockton Street, east side, from Pacific Avenue to approximately 109 feet northerly; and
d) Stockton Street, west side, from 86 feet north of Pacific Avenue to approximately 112 feet northerly; and
C. Establish Metered Truck Loading Zones, 7AM-2PM
a) Pacific Avenue, south side, from Stockton Street to approximately 90 feet westerly (parking meter Nos. JAC 803, 805, 807 and 809);
b) Jackson Street, north side, from Stockton Street to approximately 107 feet westerly (parking meter Nos. JAC 802, 804, 806, 808 and 810); and
D. Amending Traffic Code Sections 5 and 132 “Double Parking, Double Fine” by amending the hours from “6 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM” to “6 AM to 7PM” on Stockton Street between Broadway and Jackson Street.
APPROVED provided the bulb locations are adjusted to minimize being located directly opposite each other, which reduces the effective roadway width.
