CONSENT CALENDAR (ACTION ITEM)
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. Pacheco Street at 41st Avenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends installing a STOP sign on Pacheco Street at 41st Avenue, stopping the stem of this currently uncontrolled T-intersection.

2. Dormitory Road at Northridge Road/Jerrold Avenue and at KiskaRoad/- KirkwoodAvenue - STOP Signs
DPT recommends to consider installing a STOP sign on each of both ends of Dormitory Road at Northridge Road/Jerrold Avenue and at KiskaRoad/- Kirkwood Avenue, stopping the stem of these currently uncontrolled T‑intersections.

3. Residential Permit Parking Extension – Area “Z”
DPT recommends recommends a public hearing to consider extending Area “Z” to include Church Street, both sides, between 23rd and 24th Streets (1100 block) with a 2-hr time limit, 8AM to 6AM, Monday through Friday.

2. Kansas Street at 26th Street - Diagonal Parking, Median Island
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider converting 90-degree parking toangle parking, on the west side of Kansas Street from 26th Street to 133 feet northerly and installing a median island on Kansas Street, just north of 26thStreet.
APPROVED.

3. Clipper Street, between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Douglass Street - LaneRemoval/Traffic Calming
DPT presents to ISCOTT, for information, a plan to remove a lane in each direction on Clipper Street between Diamond Heights Boulevard and Douglass Street.
APPROVED.

4. Yerba Buena Avenue at Hazelwood Ave/Casitas Avenue - Traffic Chicane
DPT recommends to consider establishing a traffic chicane/channelizing island to better channelize traffic through the intersection of Yerba Buena Avenue at Hazelwood Avenue/Casitas Avenue.
APPROVED pending SFFD’s final approval of the detailed layout.

5. Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues - Street Closure
City Planning presents for information only a proposal to close Vallejo Street between Columbus and Grant Avenues to motor vehicle traffic.

ISCOTT commented on the following issues:
Circulation impacts, parking adjacent to new curbs, Fire Department access, utilization of easily removable bollards, loss of 6 parking spaces, feasibility of making Grant Avenue two-way between Columbus Avenue and Vallejo Street.
