The Committee adopted the Minutes.

PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public may address ISCOTT members on matters that are within ISCOTT purview and are not on today’s agenda. No public comment.

CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters hereunder constitute a consent calendar are considered to be routine by ISCOTT and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee or if the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.

1. 29th Avenue and Judah Street - Tall Vehicle Restriction
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider establishing a No Parking, Vehicles Greater than 6 feet tall, on the north side of Judah Street, from 29thAvenue to 30 feet easterly

2. 18th and San Carlos Streets - STOP Sign
DPT recommends a STOP signs for stopping San Carlos Street at 18th Street.

3. Napoleon Street - No Parking Anytime - Rescind
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding "No Parking Anytime" on the south side of Napoleon Street from 494 feet east of Jerrold Avenue to 325 feet easterly (in front of 244, 202, 200, and 196 Napoleon Street).

4. 1233 Union Street - Unmetered Motorcycle Parking
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider the installation of three unmetered motorcycle parking spaces on the south side of Union Street, between the driveways for 1227-31 and 1233-35 Union Street addresses.

5. Fulton Street and Masonic Avenue - Parking Time Limit
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider:
A. Rescinding "One Hour Parking, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday" on the east side of Masonic Avenue from Fulton Street to McAllister Streets;
B. Rescinding "One Hour Parking, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday" on the north side of Fulton Street from Masonic Avenue to Central Avenue; and
C. Establishing "Two Hour Parking, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday" on the south side of Fulton Street, from Masonic Avenue to 245 feet easterly.

3. 19th, 20th, 21st Streets between Capp Street and South Van Ness Avenue - Parking Meters - Rescind
DPT recommends a public hearing to consider rescinding Parking Meter Area 3 and establish "Residential Permit Parking Area “I,” 2 Hour Parking, 9 AM to 6PM, Monday through Saturday," on both sides of 19th, 20th and 21st Streets between Capp Street and South Van Ness Avenue.

4. Howth Street and Ocean Avenue - No Left Turns
DPT recommends establishing a “No Left Turn” regulation for eastbound Ocean Avenue at Howth Street.

5. 10th Street, east side, between Jessie and Mission Streets - Revoke - Left Lane Must Turn Left
Mercy Housing and Cahill Construction request the use of the Tow-Lane on the left side of 10th Street for use during construction of 1390 Mission Street.
APPROVED.

6. Jessie Street, between 9th and 10th Streets - Temporary Shift Parking from North to South side of Jessie & Close South Walkway
Mercy Housing and Cahill Construction propose during construction of 1390Mission Street to:
A. Revoke parking on the north side of Jessie, between 9th and 10th Streets;
B. Establish parking on the south side of Jessie, between 50 feet east of 10thStreet to 9th Street; and
C. Close the south side walkway on Jessie Street, between 9th and 10th Streets.
APPROVED.

7. Various locations in Fisherman's Wharf area - Pedestrian Wayfinding Signs
Port presents a proposal to install and maintain pedestrian wayfinding signs both within and outside the Port's jurisdiction in the Fisherman's Wharf area.
APPROVED.

8. Gilman Avenue, south side, between 3rd and Jennings Streets - Tow-Away, No Stopping on Monster Park Event Days
Muni requests a public hearing to consider:
Alternative A: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue between 3rd and Jennings Streets to accommodate the 86‑TBall Park shuttle bus connecting Monster Park to the T-Third Muni Metro line;
OR
Alternative B: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue from 3rdStreet to 80 feet easterly (post-event stop) and on a part-time bus zone on 3rd Street, west side, from 115 feet to 65 feet north of Ingerson Avenue (pre‑event stop);
OR
Alternative C: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue from 3rdStreet to 80 feet eastterly (post-event stop) and using curb traffic lane of southbound 3rd Street south of Gilman Avenue for pre-event stop;
OR
Alternative D: Prohibiting parking on the south side of Gilman Avenue from 3rd Street to 80 feet easterly (post-event stop) and use the north side of Gilman Avenue east of Third Street for pre-event stop (parking is already restricted on the north side of Gilman Avenue on event days).

ISCOTT recommended a public hearing for the following
Tow-Away No Stopping on Monster Park Event Days
a) Gilman Avenue, south side, from Third Street to 121 feet easterly; and
b) Jennings Street, west side, from Gilman Avenue to 12 feet southerly.

9. South Park Avenue at 2nd and 3rd Streets - Parking and STOP Signs
DPT recommends:
A. Installing a STOP sign on South Park Avenue, eastbound, at 2nd Street;
B. Installing a STOP sign on South Park Avenue, westbound, at 3rd Street; and
C. Establishing "No Parking Anytime” on the west side of 2nd Street, from South Park Avenue to 15 feet northerly (eliminating parking meter 542), to establish painted median island.
APPROVED.

10. Hunters Point Boulevard and Innes Avenue - STOP Signs
SFMTA presents a proposal to make the intersection of Hunters Point Boulevard and Innes Avenue an all-way stop. ISCOTT recommended the establishment of a relocated crosswalk in line with the retail store for a 6-month trial.
