San Francisco Society of Fine Arts Shows APPROVED with the following conditions: a) There is to be at least a 5-foot path of travel between each of the artists’ displays; b) There should be no encroachment on the sidewalk or on the buildings even during setup and breakdown time; c) Due to ongoing construction and renovation of buildings on Maiden Lane, there may be times when the permit holder will be asked to alter its permit hours or days to accommodate construction schedules; and d) If A-frame display units are being used then there must be a base surrounding any part of the frame that borders a path of travel. This will allow for a person with a walking cane to detect the structure. P.
