• The sponsor pays for the cost of 10-B SFPD officers and PCO’s at least 10 days in advance of the event;
• The sponsor follows conditions imposed by the SFPD for safety control and implements improved barricade plan to ensure access for Harrington’s and MacDonald’s;
• The sponsor provides two additional porta-toilets, both in the parking lane in front of the Embarcadero Center on Front Street, north of Sacramento Street;
• The sound permit is from 5 PM to 8:30 PM only.  The Entertainment Commission will monitor the sound to ensure that the decibel levels are in compliance with the sound permit.  The commission will provide a written report after the event; and
• The sponsor shall provide Central Station Command Staff with the cell phone No. of the person in charge of the sound during the event.
