3. Approval of Minutes On motion to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2012: unanimously approved. 4. Public Comment Emile Lawrence discussed a proposed plan for medallion sales, taxi drivers and changing rules for ramp taxis. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action of upcoming SFMTA Board/Parking Authority Commission items. (No explanatory documents.)
Tim Papandreou, Deputy Director, Sustainable Streets presented the item. PUBLIC COMMENT: Edward Mason discussed the need to check up on the results, the use of new technology and data collection.
Lea Militello, commander, SFPD, presented the report for Parking Control Officers. Chairman Lee asked staff to discuss Capital Planning and Construction overtime at the next meeting. No public comment.
John Haley, Director, Transit Services presented the report. No public comment.
