1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lee at 9:00 a.m.

2. Roll Call

3. Approval of Minutes

On motion to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2012: unanimously approved.

4. Public Comment

Emile Lawrence discussed a proposed plan for medallion sales, taxi drivers and changing rules for ramp taxis.

5. Presentation, discussion and possible action of upcoming SFMTA Board/Parking Authority Commission items. (No explanatory documents.)

  • Implementation of the Strategic Plan

Tim Papandreou, Deputy Director, Sustainable Streets presented the item.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

Edward Mason discussed the need to check up on the results, the use of new technology and data collection.

  • Overtime Report

Lea Militello, commander, SFPD, presented the report for Parking Control Officers.

Chairman Lee asked staff to discuss Capital Planning and Construction overtime at the next meeting.

  • Operations Scorecard

John Haley, Director, Transit Services presented the report.

No public comment.

  • Status report on the installation of cameras onboard Muni vehicles

Chairman Lee requested a breakdown of the TOLE citations issued.

No public comment.

6. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the operation of the SFMTA Board of Directors/Parking Authority Commission.

No discussion.
