Gallagher & Co Insurance Brokers of California and bind layers of Protective Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage for the Central Subway Project with insurers for total coverage amounts not less than $30,000,000, for broker's fees commensurate to final value of insurance coverage procured, total costs not to exceed $6,800,000 and for a term not to exceed ten years.
