(10.4) Authorizing the Executive Director/CEO to execute the Third Amendment to Contract #4009-08/09 with Cambridge Systematics for Transportation Nexus Studies, to extend the term of the contract by 90 days, modify the scope of services with respect to trip generation data, reports and meetings, and increase the contract amount by $16,731 for a total contract amount not to exceed $472,523.
